Los seis usuarios quedaron plenamente satisfechos el equipamiento de la casa es muy completo salvo la conexión de TV que no tiene en cuenta a los clientes españoles 960 cadenas de TV y ni una sola en castellano

Villa Waterside was wonderful. Beautiful villa. Spacious for our family of 5. Very clean. Easy check in. Beautiful views and outdoor seating areas. 2 minute walk to the beach where you can tent chairs and umbrellas. The town of Luz is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars. A short drive into Lagos but we truly enjoyed relaxing at the local beach. Exceeded our expectations

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at Villa Waterside with another couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely, the view from the deck was great and the living room was comfortable. It was also nice to have a dining room with a view for breakfasts. The villa was a short walk from the beachside promenade and several excellent restaurants.

Amazing Villa

We spent three wonderful nights at Villa Waterside. Beautifully appointed. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Gorgeous views. Steps to beach, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shops and breathtaking hikes. Our family was extremely happy with our stay and adventure. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing and truly fell in love with Luz. The house exceeded our expectations and was a great place to stay. It was clean, had beautiful views and close to everything. Miguel was great and very responsive with our questions and needs. We will be back.

Outstanding Rental

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults. The layout, with two large balconies and 2 large patios, offered plenty of space and most importantly, amazing views. The location was perfect - it's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores, but also nice and quiet. Praia da Luz is a terrific base from which to visit Lagos and Salema (which we highly recommend - take the boat tour of the grottos - it was top notch!). You will love your stay here!

Vacation for family from two continents

Six family members from Germany and from the US came together for a vacation from Aug 6-11. Each of us (ages ranging from 18 to 63) very much enjoyed the Villa, which was more spaceous than the images portray. The communication with the host before, during and after our stay was excellent. A very detailed information e-folder provided all thinkable information, from suggestions of restaurants and beaches to how to work the various appliances. The Villa was in excellent condition, very clean, well equipped, and nicely furnished in a modern-chic style. Beds and mattresses were very good and comfy. We loved the various terraces, the view of the ocean (exactly as shown on the photo) and the proximity to the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. The kitchen is well equipped with quality brand appliances and everything one needs for cooking and dining. All in all, we were extremely happy with our choice and will gladly recommend the Villa to others.

Perfect vacation property

From the very first communication, the Villa Waterside and Miguel were wonderful. The property was meticulously clean and conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and even a grocery store. Miguel has developed a Manuel for the property that walks you through everything from operating the appliances to recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. I could not recommend it more highly.

Magic!!

Oh my goodness! Stay here! Our last morning I sat on the balcony looking out over the sea, listening to the birds and watching the sunrise. I didn’t want anything to ruin the moment. So serene!! If your goal is a lovely seaside vacation with a gorgeous view, a short walk to a fabulous beach, some tasty food and drinks a short walk away, stay here! The house is comfortable, clean, and home like… and the inside of the house doesn’t matter when you step on the balcony! The whole world fades away. The occasional laugh of a child or whiff of tasty cuisine is the only thing to remind you that you are in this world and not in heaven! If you want loud crowds, shops galore, or museums and many cafes, one would need to drive to a larger town, Lagos or further. In Lisbon people told us the Algarve was crowded and too touristed. We felt like we had the town all to ourselves and were only amidst a mix of internationals and locals. Each morning we would walk to breakfast and rent a beach palapa (20€) for the whole day. We bought a few beach towels as souvenirs. We were a family of three. The house would easily accommodate five comfortably, with enough room for beds and baths. The bathrooms are new and very well apportioned. The beds were comfortable and the sheets divine. We didn’t much use the kitchen, though it had all of the basics and a Nespresso machine! A few details: we drove and found parking no problem. In our four days we went to Aljezur for a sunset horseback ride, Lagos for a meal, and Portimao for kayaking the caves. All were easily accessed and a short drive away. We were grateful that we left our last day totally free and it was magic! Thank you to Miguel for his kindness and responsiveness! We will return, no question!

Perfect place in beautiful town

Stayed there for 6 nights with our 3 teenage boys. Great location!!! 2 minute walk to the beach and same to some great restaurants. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. Luz was great. Would definitely go back to this town for a beach vacation and would also try to stay in the same apartment.

The house is wonderful. Short walk to the beach, the balcony is beautiful as pictured. It is a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants shopping and all you will want in a lovely home. Thanks so much!

Amazing

Miguel was great to communicate with. The property was as listed. Great location. Beautiful views. Loved the deck. Personal chef recommendation menu looked amazing, price very reasonable. We were unable to take advantage due to schedule restraints. Restaurant recommendations were great. The Dolphin was amazing. Luzdoc (recommended by Miguel) was 5 minutes walk and did walk in covid test. Super nice employees. Would absolutely stay here again

Ok but

The house is nice but it could be better maintained and have good bed pillows. The driveway is way too narrow for a large car, I badly damaged mine when I parked there. Praia da Luz is a zoo in August, even during a pandemic.

Unbelievable view in charming seaside village!

Townhouse is roomy with wonderful outdoor spaces. Pretty landscaping in the complex and winding streets offer privacy which was nice. We could walk to the beach in 2 minutes...along with great markets, cafes and restaurants. It's the kind of village where once you arrive there is little need to move the car. A great spot to kick off our 2 week tour of the coast! We need to come back in the summer!

Perfect holidays

We stayed 9 nights at the end of october with two adults and two kids (12+14 years old). It was a very relaxing stay, everything was as described. The property is located in second line from the sea, but built in a hillside location, so you have a nice sea view especially from the spacious terrace at the top floor. You can also see the beach of Luz which is easy to reach within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Supermarkets are just 5 min walking distance away. All the household devices are working good and there is a reliable WiFi available. The fittings and furnishings are tastefully, not the usual "tourist style". We had a very nice contact to the owner and to Luisa from the local property management who supported us with all upcomimg questions. If coming back to Portugal for holidays we would definitely choose this house again.
