A well loved villa with a fantastic heated pool. Well maintained with a steady stream of cleaner, pool maintenance and gardeners throughout the week. It was an easy 10 minute drive to town and all the sights and activities in Lagos. Pierre was very responsive.

Large chic decor

Holiday stay

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.Had a few teething problems at the start, but these were sorted out immediately. I would definitely recommend.

Great villa for families

At this price point the villa delivers more than you would expect. It would be perfect for 2 families. We found Lagos nearby to be a great place, much nicer than many other popular areas, which was a pleasant surprise. A car is a must at this villa.

Very nice stay

It was my first time in Portugal, especially at Lagos. It was beautiful! The accommodation is on a very nice place to chill, was very clean and have all you need for a nice holiday! Big thanks also to Pierre for the very good mediation for car rent! Everything was very easy to book and handle!

Perfect House and garden

The house is great. The pool is perfect. Everything is available. Perfect for a holiday in the Algarve. The owner is very nice and helpful. We would go back there anytime. We were 4 adults and 5 children in the house. Space and furnishings were excellent.

Geräumiges Haus mit schöner Terrasse

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Man kann sehr schön auf der Terrasse sitzen. Der Boden des Pools müsste saniert werden, da recht viele Mosaik-Steine fehlen. Außergewöhnlich ist Paula, sie kommt jeden Vormittag, um das Haus zu reinigen und die Betten zu machen.

Did the job perfectly

6 golfers playing in the local area. The villa did the job perfectly. A few more towels and some basics like toilet roll would be nice, but other than that no complaints and would definitely return :)

Beautiful location

The villa is large traditional villa. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. The outside kitchen is also great for bbq’s. The pool is huge, there was a problem with the heating while we were there but the owner was made aware and rectifying that. We loved our time in the villa, and are looking to book again for next year. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Enjoyed our stay

We had our vacation here for the second time. The house is in a beautiful location near Lagos and offers enough space for eight people. During our stay there was an issue with the pool heater. Reported this to the owner, who responded quickly to my message and immediately sent a technician. The same day the problem was solved. We had a nice stay.

Spacious and generous accommodation

Nice garden with a lot of space, heated pool (on extra charge). A lot of place inside. Weather was rather poor, so we spent quite a bit of time inside, used the chimney every day. What a luxury to have Paola pass almost every day to clean the house. Great communication with pierre, the owner, when a window was broken from the storm, it was replaced the same day

Villa was spacious and beautiful, settings and location lovely, only complaint was that there were loads of chipped tiles in the pool, 4 of our group cut their feet open, told owner said he’d send pool man out , he never came

Magnificent

Absolutely perfect, everything about the villa was excellent . As soon as we opened the door we knew we would have the best time ever. Well equipped, comfortable and so spacious for an all adult get together. The swimming pool was warm, clean and inviting. Plenty room for us all to swim. The views and the lemon orchard were superb. As a bonus we had glorious weather for the time of year. I will definitely recommend this villa to everyone I know. If you want a quiet, peaceful break away from everything like we did, you will love it. Thank you Pierre, you know exactly what guests want for a holiday at you villa retreat.

Great place to stay

The property is well maintained, a little old fashioned but in keeping with a rural position. The kitchen had everything we needed and the barbeque worked a treat with a proper chimney, no extra charge for A/C and pool heating which is unusual but the house was fitted with solar panels and had battery storage which provided most of the electricity required to run everything. All in all a great place to stay as long as you have a car as the town is a ten minute drive away, but that is exactly what we liked most was the quiet location and the vast amount of land the house is located in, Would highly recommend.

Summer in autumn

We enjoyed an excellent and relaxing 10 day stay at this Villa. The house is huge and has more than enough space for 8 people. The bathrooms are a bit old, but everything was in good shape and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The cleaning lady came every day, which wasn't actually necessary. Pool, garden and terraces are also easy to enjoy. The location is very quiet, as the house is situated remote in the "hinterland" of the Algarve. Therefore a rental car is essential. There was a problem with the water supply during the stay, but Pierre took care of it immediately. In summary, it was a fantastic holiday in a great house.

Schön gelegenes Anwesen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage in Collinas Verdes ist 8km von Lagos entfernt und ruhig. Die Wohngegend besteht aus einzelnen abgeschotteten Villen und Häuser, welche untereinander nicht einsehbar sind. Nette Nachbarn. Wir wurden den ganzen Urlaub gut betreut, ob es der Vermieter war, welcher immer ein offenes Ohr hatte und gute Tips gab, die Haushälterin Paola, welche täglich zur Reinigung kam, oder Jose der Mann für Alles und für die Poolreinigung. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und es ist Alles vorhanden. Ein Auto vor Ort ist vorteilhaft, auch wenn die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 400m entfernt ist. Ein idealer Ort um von dort Ausflüge zu starten und sich anschließend zu erholen. Wie gesagt, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden dieses Haus auch erneut buchen. und die Poolreinigubg

Sehr schön gelegen

Tolle Villa in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Die Putzfrau kam statt Mo-Fr nur an 3 Tagen, was aber angenehm war. 2 Tage würden auch reichen. Einige kleine Mängel gibt es (nicht alle Türen schließen richtig, 1 Bad mit Abflussgeruch je nach Windrichtung und bei geschlossenem Fenster, Mülltüten gibt es keine-1 war im Mülleimer), Müll nimmt die Putzfrau auch nicht mit). Pool schön groß und beheizt, allerdings hört man häufig z.T. die ganze Nacht eine Umwälzpumpe und/oder Wärmepumpe laufen. Keine Fliegengitter, zum Glück im Oktober aber auch wenig Stechmücken. Auch mit den kleinen Einschränkungen tolle Unterkunft.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes, gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus, ca. 15 Autominuten von Lagos entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist eher rustikal und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was man zum Beispiel an schlecht schließenden Türen oder Schubladen bemerkt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, man vermisst wirklich nichts. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, was wir als angenehm empfanden. Der Garten ist gepflegt und sehr ansprechend. Es wäre noch schön, wenn es Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern gäbe. So bekommt man abends eine Menge unerwünschten Besuch, wenn vergisst, die Fenster und Türen rechtzeitig zu schließen.Das Haus wird mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt und ist dadurch immer sauber. Uns war das schon fast zu häufig, da man so an vier Morgen für jeweils zwei Stunden nicht für sich ist und in 24 Stunden kaum genug Schmutz hinterlassen kann, dass sich eine aufwendige Reinigung lohnt, die man letztendlich ja auch mitbezahlt. Der Pool wurde leider nicht gereinigt, so dass bei unserer Ankunft zahllose Blätter und Insekten auf der Oberfläche und am Boden schwammen. Hier muss man leider selbst Hand anlegen.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne, erholsame Zeit. Wir können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Bensafrim magnifique villa

Belle villa, proche des commodités et plusieurs plages turquoise a 10mn en voiture, l’autoroute A22 a 5 mn en voiture pour aller sur albufeira et les autres villes de la cote de l'Algarve le marché municipal de Lagos a 10 mn de la villa, je le conseil vraiment nous avons mangés des poissons extraordinaire et il y a aussi les restaurants ils sont top !!! Pour la villa Paula, la personne en charge du ménage est très ponctuelle et très professionnelle. Sur l’ensemble, la villa est très fonctionnelle et très propre. Le propriétaire est très disponible et très réactif. Nous et les ados, nous étions ravis de la villa et de la grande piscine et des endroits autour de la villa et pour les promenades. Nous avons été à l'autodrome a 10 mn pour faire du karting et pas très loin le buggy dans les campagne. Les soirées organisés dans les villages autour de la villa. Nous avons été à Loulé pour la grande féte de la nuit blanche organisé tout les 2 ans Je recommande vraiment. Nous avons 2 chiens, l'endroit est vraiment bien adapté la grande terrasse et le très grand jardin très bien entretenu avec son terrain de pétanque superbe vacances dans la villa. Notre seul regret, c'est que nous sommes rentrés sur Paris :) Lionel Août 2023
