Una estancia perfecta

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue perfecta. Dispone de todas las comodidades y no echas de menos nada de tu propia casa. El acceso a la piscina desde la terraza es perfecto: estás al lado de la piscina pero a la vez tienes tu intimidad. Zona muy tranquila para el disfrute de la familia. Tuvimos un problema con la cafetera eléctrica: solucionado al día seguinte. La atención a cualquier consulta ha sido muy rápida. Encantados con la estancia!!!

De eigenaar was prima bereikbaar en welwillend en de voorzieningen waren op ‘n paar minpuntjes na goed. Het appartement was verder qua ligging en uitvoering erg goed en mooi.

I can thoroughly recommend this property. The location is excellent and has everything that you could possibly need. It’s very clean with comfortable beds. The balcony/terrace is probably the best in the block of apartments and is perfect for the pool. I just wish we had booked longer. Check in etc was very easy with the use of a key safe box. There is also a designated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Praia da Luz in this Appartment. Had the heated pool to ourselves almost all the time. The Appartment is big and the sofas are super comfy. There is no air conditioning but there are big ventilators in the rooms that provide fresh air when needed. Located aprox 500m from the beach, but it is a rather steep walk as the village is constructed uphill. We would come back anytime. Recommendation!

Exceeded expectations

A smashing apartment, in every way. A lovely spot, clean and well furnished, particularly the electric reclining 3 piece suite. Outside the huge terrace gets the sun almost all day. The pool just a few steps away was nicely heated during our stay. I would mention that it slopes very rapidly from 0.7 metres to 1.9 metres We intend to book again, and given the huge choice available, that says it all for me. Loved it

Could be awesome with a little updating!

We stayed for a month and loved the location and the town of Luz, easily walkable from the apartment. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain the first three weeks so couldn't enjoy the lovely patio as we would have liked. We found the living room furniture to be rather uncomfortable and very dated, but the beds were very comfortable. There are only 3 chairs at the dining room table which made it difficult for having friends join us for a meal. We were told the 4th chair was broken but there was no replacement offered. The kitchen is pretty well equipped but some of the utensils need replacing as does the stove-top vent, which was very greasy. The toaster wasn't functioning properly but was promptly replaced by the managers. We appreciated the weekly clean and bi-weekly towel change. Oh, and the TV was awesome! The pool would have been great too, if the weather had been warmer.

Perfekte Wohnung für Familien

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung, der es an nichts mangelt. Sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine etc. war es perfekt für unsere Familie (Kinder sind 2 und 5). Absolutes Highlight ist der beheizte Pool durch ein Tor gesichert direkt vor der Terrasse liegt. Zum Stand von Luz sind es c. 10 min zu Fuß, was völlig in Ordnung ist, da man sowieso meist mit dem Mietwagen die Stände der Umgebung erkundet. Fünf Sterne - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Convenient location - secure property

Lovely spacious apartment with good cooking facilities. Unfortunately the steps into the pool are not accessible for disabled people. Toilet seats need attention.

Bathrooms

At first things went well with the exception of the bathrooms. The main bath shower couldn’t be used because the shower head wasn’t secure. We reported this to the cleaners and they tried to fix it. He couldn’t so he called a plumber who came today and fixed it. You cannot use the toilet properly as the space between it and the sink is too close. The second bath shower leaked in the corner unaware to me. The water had run out of the bathroom into the bedroom and when I left the bathroom I slipped on the water, fell and I broke two bones in my left wrist. I am now in a splint and sling and see the surgeon again in two weeks to see if the bones will heal on their own. If not I face surgery. The plumber confirmed today there was a leak and hopefully fixed it. So although we like the location of the condo and its proximity to the beach obviously there have been serious concerns

Beautiful condo

The condo is in an excellent location. The patio area is large and very comfortable and the pool is a welcome place to relax after a long day of exploring the Algarve.

Great location in Luz

On our third stay in Cristaluz, apartment has everything we need. We rent a car but you don’t need one to get around. The location is perfect and the heated pool fantastic. Also must mention communication with the hosts was brilliant. Top apartment!

Amazing property

We, 2 adult and 2 teenagers, had two marvellous weeks in Crista Luz. The apparment was exellent with four direct accesses to the terrace and also a very easy direct access to the pool area. The apparment was also well equpiment with a spacious kitchen and nice bedrooms. We were more or less allways outside and enjoyed the sun and relaxed atmosphere. The host was very easy to contact for information and the cheeck in was plainly without any problem. We can strongly recomend this for a relaxed and "easy life" holiday.

Tout était parfait

Bien équipé, bien situé, piscine chauffée et peu fréquentée. Deux salles de bain, deux chambres inpendantes, et litterie très confortable. Clé récupérée dans une boite a clé et rendue dans la boite a cle. Tres pratique. Grande terrasse. Cuisine bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, aspirateur, grille pain, micro onde,etc) Plages, commerces et centre ville animé à qq minutes a pied.

Gerne wieder!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager) hatten eine rundum gute Zeit. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, schöner Pool, ruhig, guter Supermarkt und auch schöner Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
