Fantastic Apartment

This apartment is spacious, clean, has great views and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The resort has a lovely pool (we loved that there’s an adults-only pool as well as family one) and the Restaurant Alloro has kept us coming back for years. Thank you Joaquim, we’ll definitely be back next year!

Très bon point de pour de superbes vacances chute

L'appartement est en tous points conforme à l'annonce. Il est situé près de la plage et des commerces. Les piscines sont superbes et l'eau est chaude. Luz est idéal pour faire les visites et randonnées aux alentours sans faire trop de voiture. De plus l'accueil 24/24h est super quand on arrive après minuit. L'appartement est très propre avec tout ce que l'on a besoin, même les serviettes de plage. Je le recommande.

Great place to stay - close to beach and wonderful modern apartment

We had a wonderful stay and the complex that the apartment is situated on was a delight - the pools were beautiful and the pool bar and restaurant served delicious food, highly recommend this apartment for the location and close proximity to the beach, the standard of the accommodation is as high and we will definitely stay here again. Lovely spacious 3 bed apartment

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen with supplies of water, tea, coffee and laundry and cleaning products all available on arrival. Friendly welcoming host who arranged an early check-in and late check-out to fit round our flight times. Always love coming to Baia da Luz- the facilities are great 🙂 You need to book up early as the apartments get booked up pretty quickly.

Great service from the first day we booked the apartment , the owner kept us up to date and give us all the information we needed. The apartment was lovely with so much room for my family with everything we needed, The photos of the apartment don’t do it Justice , it is definitely better than the photos. Lovely apartment conveniently located

The apartment.is spacious light and .airy and is.ideal for a family. My communication with Joaquim leading.up.to the booking and.whilst in.the apartment was excellent. We were allowed an.early check in and slightly later check out forwhichwe are extremely grateful. Unfortunately the main balcony view is of the car park, but I would highly recommend

Just what we needed 😊

This apartment was in a perfect location, next to 2 lovely pools and a very handy bar and restaurant. The apartment was perfect for our group; spacious and clean with 3 bathrooms which was great. Joaquim, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely be going back!

Awesome visit

We wanted an apartment in this complex to be close to family staying there and so happy we found Joaquim’s place. It is equipped with everything you need and more! We were really impressed by the amount of things for young children - plastic cups and plates aplenty as well as some beach toys. (Only note is, there are some steep stairs in the apartment so if you have little ones would pay to block them up as our wee one had quite a bad fall on night one!). There was a cot and high chair too which was very handy. The apartment has plenty of cutlery and crockery for large groups, and three balconies to make use of. There was plenty of cleaning products available, and the washing machine was a saviour travelling with a toddler. Joaquim was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible on the times we arrived and left which was great as we needed the late checkout.

Awesome stay #2

We stayed in the apartment after breaking up the visit for a wedding. The linen and towels had been refreshed, as well as the bathroom soaps. Joaquim dropped by to say hello and bring a few supplies which was really nice. We ended up extending another night which was quick and easy (and very much appreciated). The flexibility on checkin/out times was also fantastic as we had a late flight out. Thank you Jaoquim for a wonderful stay in Luz.

The Best Place to Stay in Praia da Luz

Absolutely outstanding property. very clean and extremely well equipped and to a high standard. we were only 4 people so we had a lot of space, but even with 8 people there would still be a lot of space so ideal to share or for a large family. walking to the beach, bars and restaurants was no more than 7 minutes so a perfect location. The property owner Mr Afonso was really good, answered emails and requested within 30 minutes and made the whole process from start to finish easy and comfortable. by far the best pace in Luz, thank you Mr Afonso

Excellent Accommodation

We couldn't have asked for more in terms of the check in and check out process. We were allowed to arrive earlier than we thought and equally stay longer than we thought on our last day. The accommodation is superb and very well equipped. The complex itself is maintained well and the pool area lovely. Lux itself is a charming little resort and you are in the centre and beach in around 5 mins from the apartment. All in all a very good stay

A good choice !

We were a group of 5 adults and 3 young children and we were very happy with the apartment, had everything we needed and more. Even supplied beach towels free of charge which was a bonus as towels are so heavy in luggage. Apartment ideally situated to pool, beach, bars and shops. We didn’t have a car but if you do there is parking right outside the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, homely and comfortable with full air conditioning if required which was fabulous! We all really enjoyed ourselves here and will definitely book this apartment again - Thank you Joaquin.

Great apartment

The apartment was perfect for our crew - 4 adults 2 teenagers and 2 kids. Plenty of space and top quality facilities. Joaquim was a pleasure to deal with from the outset. In essence a great apartment in an ideal resort.

Problems with air conditioning

This is a really good sized apartment in a nice complex and walking distance to the beach. Some of the items (e.g. crockery) hadn't been cleaned very well but not too big an issue. The main problem was that the air conditioning on the upper floor wasn't working on arrival. We were told that somebody would come to fix it on the Monday (we arrived on Saturday) but they were unable to and had to order a new part. This meant we had 6 very uncomfortable days and nights and kept being told the engineer would arrive at various times, only for him not to turn up and eventually being told (always after having to chase it up myself) that he couldn't make it and we'd have to wait in again. It's a real shame that this put a downer on what otherwise would have been a lovely holiday.
