Großes Haus mit großer Poolanlage und Tennisplatz, reichlich Liegen und Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen.Alter portugiesischer Stil. Aufgrund der Lage super ruhig und abgeschieden, aber dafür Auto notwendig.

We stayed at the villa in late August 2025. We were three families with two young children each between the ages of nine and two. The week was quite hot even by August standards however we had assurance from the host that the house would be much cooler And fans were available in each room. The house is cozy and homely but could use an update as it is clearly a much loved family holiday home. The housekeeper was lovely and very discreet, coming most days to tidy up and clean. Small things did surprise us such as needing to purchase our own dishwasher tablets and toilet paper after the initial two or three ran out. The pullout bed in the exterior suite was also not useable as the mattress is very thin.The outdoor area is really the big appeal. The swimming pool is perfect particularly if you have small children and the gardens are very well maintained and the tennis court was great fun as well. We were relatively close to several coastal towns where there was plenty of choice in relation to restaurants and bars, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to families

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La maison est agréable à vivre et bien entretenue. Telma et Erwan ont fait un très bon travail pour nous accueillir et nous renseigner. Nous avons bien profité du tennis de la piscine et de la mer.

Beautiful villa

We were a family of 7 adults, 2 young kids and 1 infant and the villa had everything we needed for such an enjoyable week. We were provided with cots, nappy changing mats and a baby bath holder to make us feel even more at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect with a great shallow section with steps for the kids. Lovely location - very close to Carvoeiro town, various beaches, supermarkets and padel tennis courts. Erwan the host was extremely helpful and responsive whenever ever I had any questions. We’d love to come back. Thank you so much!

We were really impressed with the size of the villa. The indoor living area and kitchen are larger than they look on the photos. The Villa felt very homely and clean. Telma, the housekeeper, was brilliant. Very discrete and hardworking. We paid extra to have the pool heated, which was definitely worth it and I would recommend doing. The water pressure changes throughout the day, which we didn’t realise. It is down to the local town hall to turn back on before 5pm and apparently common in the Algarve. It wasn’t a problem for us, but would have been helpful to know beforehand. The outdoor seating was lovely. We chose not to hire a car and used Ubers instead. They were readily available and reasonably priced however, for some reason the uber system couldn’t pick up the address. Nice walk down to the beach. The path/ road to the villa is a dirt track, and is is quite bumpy and might be difficult with prams.Would definitely recommend the villa!

This villa is an oasis of calm and wonderful facilities to suit all ages. We dined at home and ate out in the nearby restaurants which are all within reasonable walking distance or a short cab ride. The owner answered all our questions promptly and Telma came daily and quietly did her job . The outside space and garden/pool are pure luxury. The nearby area has so much to offer in outdoor activities such as cliff walk, fab beaches ,kayaking,boat trips and lots of scenic trips to nearby towns. Our group did all the above and also spent lots of quiet time reading our books or listening to music in the garden or around the pool. We look forward to a return visit and cant recommend this stunning villa highly enough.

Outstanding villa

We have stayed in many rented villas over the years and this was undoubtedly one of the best. Spacious, beautifully maintained and well equipped villa with everything required for a fun and practical family holiday with small children. We particularly liked that it felt like a real home rather than just a rental property. We also thought that the villa had character for a modern property thanks to the lovely mature trees in the garden and the Portuguese style furnishings

What a place!

Outstanding property with terrific facilities. Impressive, large and well maintained gardens, pool area and tennis courts. All communication with the owner was fast and straight forward. Vacances parfaites!

La villa est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis. Le lieu est idyllique avec un jardin et une piscine très accueillants . La maison est suffisamment grande pour permettre à chacun de préserver son intimité et les parties communes permettent de passer de très agréables moments, même quand il fait chaud. Les balades alentours sont uniques , notamment les 7 vallées suspendues que lnin peut faire à pied depuis la propriété. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et plein de bons conseils. La maison a contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable .

Fantastic property

We were 11 family members having a wonderful week in this splendid house. The property is amazing and we really enjoyed lazy days at the pool, short walk to various beaches and also a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance from the house. The host is very service minded. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic villa- perfect for families

Our family of 11, ranging from 19months to 87 yrs have just enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this superb villa. Villa Lago Azur is well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool is very suitable for all family members and the tennis court provided a great focus for the more competitive in our midst. There are lovely shady spots around the villa and everything we needed to relax, cook, and meet the holiday hopes of everyone in our party. Communication with the host was very straight forward and the villa is in a great location for getting to local beaches whilst being very private and tucked away from the busier tourist areas around Benagil. The rooms are comfortable, nicely appointed and spacious- we all loved it!

Really nice villa

Large villa and garden, very will kept. Stayed here for a week to celebrate with extended family, 8 adults & 4 kids - fitted perfectly in house. The combined kids/adult pool was great to allow kids to venture into deeper water. Tennis court úsed frequently. Ate outside ever day by the barbeque - very nice. Quiet location, fairly near (a few km) to shops, restaurants and beaches but a car is strongly recommended. Daily cleaning by maid included, plan for some tip when you leave

Wonderful stay in a really nice accommodation

We had a wonderful stay in the house near Carvoeiro. The place is amazing with a very nice swimming pool, tennis court and BBQ area. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a bathroom en suite. We had a wonderful time with the whole family and would really recommend this accommodation.
