We stayed at the villa in late August 2025. We were three families with two young children each between the ages of nine and two. The week was quite hot even by August standards however we had assurance from the host that the house would be much cooler And fans were available in each room. The house is cozy and homely but could use an update as it is clearly a much loved family holiday home. The housekeeper was lovely and very discreet, coming most days to tidy up and clean. Small things did surprise us such as needing to purchase our own dishwasher tablets and toilet paper after the initial two or three ran out. The pullout bed in the exterior suite was also not useable as the mattress is very thin.The outdoor area is really the big appeal. The swimming pool is perfect particularly if you have small children and the gardens are very well maintained and the tennis court was great fun as well. We were relatively close to several coastal towns where there was plenty of choice in relation to restaurants and bars, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to families
