Una casa preciosa e increíblemente limpia

La casa es una maravilla, súper bonita y sobre todo super mega limpia, q siempre se agradece y no suele ser lo habitual. El jardín es muy bonito y la piscina una pasada. Todo esta cerca, se puede ir andandk a Carvoeiro en 10’ y una de las playas mas bonitas, Playa Paraíso esta al lado tambien. Muchas gracias

The pool was a highlight (heated!) and the property is very beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous and there is a secondary toilet off the kitchen which was a bonus! Comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning. Kersten checked us in and out and she was fabulous!! So communicative and lovely. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation for our family.

Fantastisch huis met heerlijk zwembad

We verbleven 3 weken in het prachtige Carvoeiro. Een leuk gezellig dorpje op 15 minuten loopafstand. Het huis is goed verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad erbij is heerlijk. Vanuit deze plaats zijn mooie wandeltochten langs de kust te maken. Of met de auto leuke uitstapjes naar andere plaatsen te maken. Al met al een topvakantie gehad.

Enjoyed our stay at the villa. Martin was very responsive when booking the property and Kerstin the property manager helped with any questions we had. Got the pool heated which is a must for this time of year. The villa is in a quiet area and quite close to the centre of Carvoeiro.

Ferienhaus mit Pool an der Algarve

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht, tolle Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, sauber und sehr nette Verwalterin. Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, super! Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar: Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand, wer möchte kann auch ein Fahrrad nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Fantastic Stay

We stayed for a week at the Villa. The walk into town was easy and beautiful. The pool was refreshing and the view from the rooftop patio was a fantastic place to watch the sunset with a drink.

Ein echter Traum eines Hauses, sehr netter Gastgeber, super Lage und Service bzw Hausübergabe 1A

Wir können es kaum in Worte fassen, was für ein Mega schönes Haus in einer Top Lage. Der Gastgeber hat das Haus mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein absoluter Highlight ist natürlich oben drauf auch der Pool. Das ganze Gelände ist komplett Umzäunt, sodass wir unsere zwei Hunde sorglos rum rennen lassen konnten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und man konnte den Gastgeber und die Hausdame die sich um dessen Anwesen kümmert, jederzeit erreichen. Sehr gut gelungen fanden wir auch den Ordner im Hause, der von dem Gastgeber bereitgestellt wurde. Dort wurden sehr viele Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und weiteres mit Bildern liebevoll bereit gestellt. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft SEHR SAUBER …. Auch in der Küche fand man alles, was man braucht. Es war von allem mehr als genug da. Wir kommen zu 1000 Prozent wieder…. Die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers und der Hausdame ist excellent. Wir sind jedes Jahr an der Algarve, aber so einen netten Gastgeber und den Service drum herum, haben wir noch nie gehabt. Ich lobe hier auch aufrichtig Frau Thale ( die Hausdame) die sich um das ganze kümmert und immer an Ort und Stelle ist. Man kann hier in dem Haus einen sorglosen Urlaub machen und in der Ruhigen Gegend absolut zur Ruhe kommen. Die Zimmer sind alle liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten, megaaaa bequem. So ein Bett hatten wir in einem Ferienhaus wirklich noch nie !!!! Ein absolutes DANKESCHÖN an Martin (Gastgeber) und Frau Thale (Hausdame)

LOVELY PLACE

Everything was perfect. House, garden, welcoming , we enjoyed and recommand! It is so peacefull in the charming town of Carvoeiro. We went to the beach by feet in 15mn, supermarket and restaurants at 5 mn. With a car, close to other touristic towns.

Wunderschöner Augenthalt

Dieses wundervolle Domizil liegt traumhaft ruhig. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Ausstattung der Ferienimmobilie ist super. Ein herrlicher Blick aufs Meer auf der oberen Terrasse ist das Highlight. Sehr nette und verständnisvolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic villa in a lovely complex. With a spa supermarket onsite and a great restaurant only 5 mins walk. The Square with a bar and several more restaurants is about 10 mins walk and worth a visit. The town and beach are approx. 15 mins downhill but a steep walk back. Overall an extremely hilly resort. The villa itself is very well equipped and the pool heating worth every penny! The pool area is spacious and very well kept and had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The roof terrace was a great place to watch the sunset. Kerstin the property manager, could not do enough for us and promptly sorted the couple of minor issues we had. She was also a very welcoming face on arrival. Overall the villa was everything we were hoping for and would highly recommend. Thank you again Martin & Kerstin! :)

We loved everything about our stay here

This villa was ideal for our stay in Carvoeiro, only a 7 minute walk to the local shop and 11 minutes to the closest bars and restaurants in the square. 15 minutes to the main beach and restaurants etc. This meant it was far enough away from all the hustle and bustle that it remained peaceful but still close enough to walk. On arrival we met Kerstin the property manager who was very friendly and showed us around. Martin had left a bottle of water and wine which was a nice gesture. Great pool and outdoor areas with plenty of chairs and loungers. A beautiful view from the roof terrace in particular! We are glad that we decided to pay for the pool heating as it was the perfect temperature for us with this! The house itself was great; spacious, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Beds are very comfy! The only issue we found was the sliding fly screen door at the front which kept coming off but we got used to that eventually. Overall we can’t fault this lovely little villa and it will remain a fantastic memory for us, as my partner proposed on the roof terrace on the very first night ☺️ Thanks again to Martin & Kerstin!

Angenehmes, ruhiges Haus mit Pool in Carvoeiro

Wir haben sehr schöne 10 Tage im Haus verbracht. Es ist für Selbstversorger prima eingerichtet, innen wie außen. Die Betten sind komfortabel, das Internet auch sehr zuverlässig. Und natürlich, das beheizbare Schwimmbad mit Gegenstromanlage ist ein klares plus.

Fantastic house in a fantastic region

The house with heated pool was super! The house is located in a quiet street with a beautiful view on the ocean on the roof where you can eat. The beds are amazing. The house is near by the ocean, nice hikes, good restaurants, a very good bakery,.. You will not have regrets renting this place Also a big thank to Kerstin for all the help and good communication!

The villa was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool was very well kept and the jets to swim against were a big hit with the family. The outdoor BBQ area and terrace were nicely positioned for the evening sun. The villa was well positioned for walking into town, and had a lovely view from the roof.

Nie wieder!!!

Während unseres Aufenthalts sind uns folgende Dinge aufgefallen: 1. Es gab außer dem fest installierten Schirm keine weiteren funktionierenden Sonnenschirme bzw. Ständer für Sonnenschirme oder Halterungen an den Stellen, wo man die Schirme braucht. Es gab noch einen zerfetzten Wackelkandidaten der nicht zum Ständer passt und daher schief steht und beim leisesten Windzug aus dem Standrohr gezogen wird. Er hat dabei leichte Verletzungen bei meiner Frau verursacht. 2. Nach Aussage der Servicekraft bei Schlüsselübergabe gab es in der Vergangenheit Ratten. In jedem Zimmer stand eine Rattenfalle. Wir rechneten daher mit Ratten in jedem Zimmer. Auch draußen stand eine Rattenfalle. 3. Die Verriegelung des Tors zum Vorraum vor der Küche im Außenbereich funktionierte nicht. 4. Die Küche stank wie 30 Jahre Kochen und verursachtê bei meiner Frau Würgereize. 5. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war vollkommen versifft. 6. Die Arbeitsplatten der Küche waren abgewetzt. 7. In vielen Schränken lag loser Unrat. 8. Eine Dunstabzugshaube existierte nicht. Über der Kochstelle befand sich nur eine Holzhaube ohne Inhalt, die wohl den Wrasen nach oben in einen Schornstein leiten soll. Am oberen Ende befand sich ein Loch in der Decke, das auf uns einen verstopften Eindruck machte. 9. Die Tür zwischen Küche und WZ ließ sich nicht schließen. Lärm und Gerüche entstehen so auch im WZ. 10. Die gute alte gußeiserne Emaille-Badewanne wurde überlackiert, der Lack war teilweise abgeplatzt. 11. Im Mülleimer neben der

Komfortables Haus mit Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehre Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch und Sonnenschirmen, so dass man je nach Tageszeit und Sonnenstand wählen kann. Ebenso sind ausreichend Liegen am Pool und auf der Dachterrasse vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse mit Aussicht haben wir insbesondere zum Frühstück genossen. Aber auch den Sonnenuntergang kann man von dort gut verfolgen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und war dem entsprechend immer sauber. Auch ein Gärtner kommt einmal in der Woche. Die Siedlung wird im wesentlichen von Nicht-Portugiesen bewohnt. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen. 1,2 km.

Worth finding

Very nice, well located property in a good neighborhood about 12-15 minute walk to the center of town. Not a luxury home, but very good option for the price, and the pool heater (if chosen) really works! (water temp was 85F when daytime temperatures were in the low 70'sF). Owner's property manager was very nice and thorough. Carvoeiro is a great choice for families and more mature couples - not a wild party town, but lots of great restaurants, walks, beaches, tours. Words of warning** Follow the OWNER'S directions to the villa. Google Maps and the car's Navi systems got us totally screwed up once we got near the neighborhood. Finally followed the owner's written directions and voila! Too bad we lost 45 minutes trying to follow clueless computer directions!

Our first trip to Carvoeiro

Perfect traditional villa with everything you need. Great location, on a quiet street, only 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. A great place to chill out and enjoy the sunshine. It was our first visit to The Algarve and the villa felt like a second home. We look forward to returning.
