Fell short in many ways
The property itself is fantastic and the location was wonderful because we had a car so could get anywhere. The day before we checked in we were told that there would be no access to the pool house containing a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. We had booked the property with emnough bedrooms for our party so people had to share rooms for a week of the stay until they were able to deal with the issue. None of the shower drains drained water properly so all showers had to be used at minimal pressure to ensure water did not flood into the hallways. The pool heating we requested and paid for ahead of time was not turned on at all u til a couple days into the stay. Then we used the stove top with a small pan for eggs one morning, left for the whole day, and returned back in the evening it was no longer working we requested someone to come look at it while we were there and no one came but after we left they billed up 350 for damaging the stove top. On top of all of this people who were cleaning staff, garden staff, and pool staff, showed up at random times through our stay with keys and let themselves in without us being told they were coming so it did not feel private at all.
