"We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!"

"The property was well presented and of a high standard. Our group of 8 people really enjoyed our stopover there.4 start rating due to lack of bedroom furnishings/wardrobes in all bedrooms and driveway prone to flooding. (Car in 5cm water after overnight rainfall)."

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks"
