We absolutely love this property! We have stayed several times. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. The beds are so comfortable, which is so nice when sleeping away from home. It's always a clean, inviting space with every amenity you would need. The kids especially love the gold cart and pristine, covered private pool with a gorgeous view. I can't recommend it enough!!

Our introduction to the Villages

As this was our first time at The Villages, we had no idea what to expect. Was not aware of all the different areas in the Villages and the distance between them! This home is in the oldest section, but close to Spanish Springs, the original square. The view in the back is quiet and you get your share of golfers, but they are not annoying. Quick golf cart trip to a very nearby pool but it is a family pool, not adult only. We had the private pool on the patio which was a great size, but we are sun worshippers so we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would, since weather wasn’t hot like in the summer (it was end of March) and it is roof covered, not a cage. The house was very roomy with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, hangers, kitchen utensils, etc available. Use of golf cart was a huge plus!! Venturing out was confusing at first, but got used to it and went to all the squares!! Found Lake Sumter was our favorite!! We were a little disappointed in the No Smoking rule anywhere on the property or in the golf cart, since my husband likes his occasional cigar at night. While we understand the rule, we know we wouldn’t have abused it or had been messy, but a rule we stuck by. We found close places to entertain it, so as not to break it. Just something to think about if you smoke. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay here.

Wonderful VRBO rental

The property was clean and had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The private pool was a real plus. The golf cart worked well and got great mileage…after 2 weeks of using it daily, we had only used half a tank of gas. We would definitely rent it again.

Great place in The Villages

It looked even better in person than the great pictures. A highlight was eating at the table next to the heated pool and watching the golfers play on the golf course. Pickleball and tennis courts were just across the golf course. And Spanish Springs Village Center was a short walk or golf cart ride away.

Beautiful Vacation Home & Location. Very clean and beautiful pool. Excellent Communication

This was our first visit to the Villages and this was the perfect house & location. This village was so quiet and backing on the golf course was perfect. The location is so close to several of the community/rec centers, community pool an easy walk or minutes on golf cart, and minutes on the golf cart to the popular Spanish Springs for everything from shopping, dining and entertainment. We loved the golf cart and especially the heated pool making our stay even more perfect. The extra amenities provided were so nice when it was just the 2 of us in the house. Much appreciated not having to purchase extra toiletries for our week stay. Everything at this house is very well thought out and well appointed. Kitchen was missing nothing and wifi and all technology worked perfectly. Everything was nice and clean with lovely decor and furnishings. We especially appreciated the correspondence with Jen as she was very quick to respond to our inquiries when booking and everything was as indicated. We felt so safe in this area which was important for us. We cannot say enough about how lovely this property was. We will look forward to booking again for our next village vacation.

Wonderful Thanksgiving week

My family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this lovely home. The owner has done a great job in making sure that everyone has a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was great in all of our communications. We would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous!

If you are looking for a fabulous house for a vacation look no further. This one has it all. Check-in was super easy, in-fact we were sent the passcode 3 hours early, which was great. Jen, the host is friendly and very approachable. The house is tastefully decorated and immaculate. Pool was lovely and warm too. All-in-all a 6 star experience.

Hacienda Highlights

Great stay!

We spent a wonderful week at Paradise Palms. The house was clean and very well equipped. There was plenty of space and privacy for two couples. The pool was amazing, and the golf car and bicycles were great. The host was easy to deal with and responded to our questions promptly. We would rent this house again.

Beautiful home and great view

My wife and I were very impressed with everything about this home and the organized manner for communication. The house was exceptionally clean. Beautiful view of the pool and backyard/golf course. Everything was as advertised..... The thing I noticed that was above and beyond most rentals was all the amenities they provided such as Kleenex, extra hand soap, extra bath tissue, laundry detergent etc. The kitchen had lots of extras such as spices, salt/pepper, vegetable oil, pancake syrup, ziplock bags, aluminum foil and much much more. Would definitely rent here again.

Relaxing vacation

Beautiful decorated , extremely clean, accommodating, conveniently close to town square ( shopping ,restaurant's, music, golf and etc) enjoyed swimming pool daily without getting a sunburn . I have stayed at several VRBO throughout the years this was the best vacation and house. Definitely return

First time Villages Experience

Beautiful home, great location close to shopping and the town square. Pool was amazing, didnt utilize the lifestyle passes, possibly longer than a week stay they may of been more beneficial. Very well stocked kitchen, will definitely be back for another stay. Highly recommend!
