Great Villa in The Villages

We really enjoyed our short stay here in The Villages. You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Home had everything needed. Was clean. Beds very comfortable. Sofa back coushions need some extra padding and bothered my back but i just put some of the extra bed pillows there and it was find. Would rent again.

Beautiful home and great location

We had a great time here! The home was beautifully decorated, clean and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Lake Sumter landing square. It was dog friendly and also came with a golf cart for us to explore the Villages. Jeff was a great host and took care of all of our needs. Overall we would totally recommend this home!

Perfection!

This villa is in a great location; walking distance to Sumter town square, and the playground. The owner was very accommodating and an all around nice guy! The neighbors were also very friendly. We will definitely rent this villa in the future, if it is available when we have visitors. The villa itself was updated, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Place to Stay

Very nice property loved the cute golf car we were able to use. It allowed us to explore. Location is awesome. Walked to the town square many times. The owner Jeff was great. He left the most detailed information I have ever seen while renting a VRBO. We hope to return to Jeff's property again.

Ian & I cannot fault this property . Beautiful, comfortable, perfect location ! Everything we need was at our fingertips. As we traveled from Australia all we had was out suitcases . Great house, great location!

Jeff, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. He provided so much information & was a quick text away if we needed anything. The house was so clean and spacious. A golf cart was included in the rental which was an added bonus. The location was great, just a quick walk to Lake Sumter if you didn’t feel like driving. Even though it was so close to the town, it was extremely quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking to rent in the Villages.

Adorable courtyard house.

This house is very comfortable and has special touches to it.A lot of detail goes into your experience .A totally cool golf cart.plenty of towels .A fully stocked kitchen with K-cups for you in the morning for coffee .In the bath room travel size tooth brushes lotions and more.Jeff is very detailed on everything.from checking in and rules of driving a golf cart in the Villages to checking out.He is so impressive on how he rents his home.this experience was awesome and we can’t wait to come back.Thank you so much

Couldn't have been better!!

We have rented a lot of places all over the states and this was the cleanest and most accommodating place we have stayed. You could literally walk in with your clothes and everything else is there for you if you forgot something. I had a couple of questions while staying and Jeff either texted back immediately or picked up the phone when I called. I can't say enough about Jeff and this property. Definetely a do-over.......Thanks Jeff!

Ideal Location

The location of this house was ideal, it truly was the perfect place to stay. Jeff is the best property manager. He answered text messages right away and was proactive in making our stay as perfect as could be. We will definitely use him again and plan to stay at this house next year too! This is one well-kept property; immaculate from top to bottom. Of all the VRBOs I've rented, this was my best experience. With 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fenced-in yard, this property provides the flexibility of being at-home....and the air-conditioner works beautifully. You couldn't be closer to Lake Sumter town-square with its restaurants and activities. Why bother with a hotel? Choose this property, you will NOT be disappointed.
