Everything was great about this hotel, except that if you are going for the indoor pools you should know that the men’s and women’s are separate. Our whole family couldn’t go into the pool together. But if the outside pool is open this isn’t an issue.

Surprise hotel with very good service
It was a very good surprise stopover, so that we extended an additional day. Hotel is in good condition. Swimming pools are heated and clean. The hotel is located one hour away from Samsun and can be reached only by car. Food was surprisingly good. The best thing however is the service, all staff are friendly and helpful. They smile all the time and quick in answering the customers' needs.

The dinner and breakfast were nice —standard Turkish fare with many options. The room was updated and modern, and the AC worked fine. They do play music in the morning so if you are planning to sleep in this wouldn’t be a great place for you as you can hear the music in the room (we were on the first floor). But we were early risers and left after breakfast (with a one year old). There are nice grounds to walk behind the hotel too. Overall, would stay again.

Perfect stopover
Wow, amazing value for the price we paid. The staff is wonderfull and so kind and helpful. This is a very comfortable place to stay if you have kids. The warm pool and sauna are included. Very clean overall and not far from the highway if you are on a road trip. We just stayed one night and will come Back for sure if ever in the area.

Hotel manager and all staff are very positive. Location hotel needs a car but its very nice peaceful location. Very good breakfast and dinner. Rooms very big and comfortable with all amenities.

Leuk om voor een dagje tussenstop te houden. Voor restaurantjes moet je wel rijden, bijvoorbeeld nr Atakum. Verder schoon hotel en een fijne bed. Beperkte buffet, mr goed voor een dagje is dat voldoende.

Otel gayet temiz ve calisanlar guler yuzluydu odalarin ve otelin sicakligi gayet iyiydi asla usumedik. Ufak tefek aksaklıklar yada ihmaller olabiliyor arada ama oda heryerde olabilir.onun dışında otelde oda servisi ve masaj spa gibi hizmetler icin broşürleri odalarda olmasi gerektigini düşünüyorum. Spa vs bölümü sorularla asiri mesgul ediliyor ve aksaklıklar yasanabiliyor hizmetlerde

Die Optionen für Wellness waren herrvoraragend. Das Hotel ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Personalservice in spa Bereichen wirken unprofessionell. Das Pool ist sehr schön aber eine öffentliches Pool Keine Hotel Bar Keine Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Es gibst keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten

Yemekler güzeldi odalar temizdi. Sadece dolardaki havuzlar sürekli temizlenme işlemleri sabahtan akşama kadar sürüyordu. Genel itibariyle rahat edilecek bir otel. Gayet memnun kaldım

Herşey için teşekkürler Hilas Otel ve Hotels.com
Otel gayet düzgün, temizlik konusunda içimiz çok rahattı, odada herşey yeterliydi ve gerekli olan herşey elimizin altındaydı. Konforlu ve rahat bi tatil yaptık. Oda ücretine dahil olarak hamam, sauna ve havuz hizmeti mevcuttu ve çok çok rahatlatıcıydı. Bu hizmetler dışında ücretli olarak sunulan birçok yardımcı sağlık hizmeti mevcut. Örn;Masaj, spa, ayak detoksu, sülük tedavisi, hacamat vs vs. Pazartesi olmasından kaynaklı sanırım sakindi, tabi bu sakinlik bizim açımızdan olumlu bi durum oldu. Kısacası tam bir sağlık ve huzur alanı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Memnuniyet verici.
Genel olarak guzel bir otel hizmeti aldık. Sadece restorandaki tabaklar lekeliydi. Havuz, sauna, hamam temizdi.

Kış aylarında Dinlenme merkezi
Havuz bölümü 30 derece kış ayları biraz daha sıcak olsa iyi olur. Havuz bölümünde koruma amaçlı ve merdivenler ( Alüminyum ) bi tadilatının geçmesi lazım. Resepsiyonda bölgeye tanıtacak belge ve harita göremedim. Gezilecek ve görülecek bölgeler için. Tuvaletteki fırçalar değişse iyi olur. Yoksa gidilecek ve dinlenmek için güzel yer. Orada çalışan arkadaşlar birbirlerine karşı saygılı ve müşteriye hizmet sunum iyi idi. Ailece Tavsiye edilir . Tavsiye olarak Restoranin arka bölümüne şömine yapilirsa güzel bi atmosfer yaratir (klasik müzik eşliğinde) Bir dakine inşallah. Selamlar Özden
