"We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code. "The best part of this location is that it was perfectly located for my work needs. Seemed liked a safe neighborhood and unfortunately the house was minimally stocked for kitchen usage. To spend 13 days at a property you’d think the proper supplies would be available. Hopefully the host takes my private message into consideration. The Wi-Fi is by far the worst and again for being there solely for work I had to rely on my personal hot spot to complete my days work."
