"This is a cute, convenient little cottage in Peoria Heights. It’s convenient to East Peoria and other areas in Peoria. Peoria Heights has a quaint area with shopping and great restaurants. Hearth is mt all-time favorite restaurant. I also highly recommend Two Sisters if you like antiques and vintage items."

"Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes."

Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking."

"I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And only TWO HORRIBLE PILLOWS ON THE BED. NO EXTRA ANYTHING. The bed was very comfortable, but I had to by pillows bc the ones provides were so thin. Extra linens and pillows would have been great. Also a bigger trash in the kitchen. A bath mat by the shower. And said...
