"Nicely renovated house in Peoria Heights - not a bad neighborhood but still 5-6 blocks from the nice downtown strip of the Heights. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a tight flight of stairs - not an issue for most but wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems. The owner was very responsive and allowed us a late checkout. Overall solid place for two or three people. "

"The home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family in Peoria. There was ample space for us to spread out and have areas where the kids could separate from each other. As noted in other reviews, power can be a challenge but one that was easily overcome with extension cords. Joseph was responsive to questions and the checkout process was as easy as can be. We definitely appreciated the fact that it is just off of the main roads as it made for simple trips to certain things...
