Lovely Stay!

My family had the best time! We had a range of ages including a senior and two toddlers, and everyone loved the home! I Loved the layout of the home, and how comfortable the beds/sheets / pillows were! Also, they had a pack n play set up for my toddler which was so convenient! I loved the patio, overlooking the beautiful rocks! It was just a treat to sit outside and watch the wildlife! The grounds of the resort are absolutely amazing. My kids loved the pools so much (especially the one designed for kids with the splash pad)! Highly recommend this home for families :)

Great Villa in Beautiful Neighborhood

We had a great stay at our villa in the most beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and felt like home upon arrival. Perfect neighborhood for walks and swimming. Will definitely be back!!

Awesome house for our family long weekend getaway!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the house and the location! Beautiful views, clean and comfy house, fun pac-man machine for the kids and easy check-in-check-out process! My only feedback would be having a few more necessities - cleaning supplies, hand soap, hand lotion, a bag of coffee, some games, like many of the other VRBOs in Legacy Villas.

Top rating for this Legacy Villa

We stay at Legacy Villas at least twice a year for family vacations. We have stayed at many different locations on the property and this one tops the list. Being neat freaks we appreciated the cleanliness of this unit. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Also, the location is perfect with mountain view & a very short walk to the pool. We will definitely try to book a stay here in the future if it’s available:)

Palm Springs vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely resort! A few rounds of golf, a day at the amazing zoo, and time to relax by the pool completed our trip! The condo was steps away from the pool and had a private view of the mountains and a short drive to old town la Quinta. The only down sides were difficult to control internal temperature with only 1 zone for the unit so keeping all bedrooms comfortable at night took some adjusting. We also had a nonfunctional coffee pot and though it was quickly replaced, the one we were given was very small for 4 adults. Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely choose this location again!

Perfect stay!

Loved how this place was tucked away in the back of the property right next to the mountain. We hardly encountered any other guests. Just steps away from the pool! The condo was extremely clean and modern. Very comfortable for the whole family. Only thing is we could not find extra bedding for the pull out bed. And all faucets and showers only had hot water. Made it hard to cool off. We really enjoyed our stay and would def like to return! Thank you for an awesome stay!

5 Star all the way

When looking into booking this stay, we checked every rental property available within Legacy Villas for the days we were looking for, since we've stayed within the community before and were familiar with it. This time around we were looking for a 3 bedroom space that is closest to one of the multiple pools this community provides. Dan's property was the winner by far from reading the great reviews and actually experiencing staying there. The whole house was super-clean, comfortable beds, private patios facing the mountains upstairs and downstairs, steps away from the pool and a large garage to park in, which is specially needed in the summer months. We are looking forward to return and reserve it again. Thank you Dan

Fun Mini Vacay for my 14 year old Triplets!!

This property was great!!! It had beautiful views of the mountainside. The place was very spacious and extremely clean. My teenagers loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out in. We all enjoyed the pool, hammocks and walking the property. We would love to come back and rent this specific property again!!!

Property was one of the best in Legacy Villas — it’s typically hit or miss there as the photos don’t accurately reflect the condition of the unit but this unit was fully updated and very clean and had everything you need for your stay. The response time was very quick when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.

The villa is as described and worked perfectly for our family. The host was easy to contact and helpful, as was the property maintenance person. Everything was clean and comfortable and worked well. We used all 3 bedrooms and still it felt roomy. I'd stay there again!

Spring getaway

We rented this unit for our family of 4 plus my parents and had a very enjoyable stay. The house location was great, in a quieter location of the complex with great mountain views and a wonderful pool/hot tub just paces from our door, and the space was perfect for our needs. Dan was very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely return!

One of the better villas at Legacy

We’ve stayed in numerous villas at Legacy over the last 4 years. This is one of the better ones. Being adjacent to the mountain, and having two private patios made it very appealing. Interactions with owner/ manager were good.
