The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, very clean and newly remodeled. It had a great view, easy access to the pools and we really enjoyed daily bike rides. Ken was very responsive to our questions and also went above and beyond trying to help out our friends who had issues with a different VRBO that they had rented. I would highly recommend renting from Ken and Meredith.

Ken was a wonderful host. He provided us with all the details we nneded to make our trip special. He responded to questions in a quick and friendly manner. The rental was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The view over the golf course was amazing. Really enjoyed the patio in the morning as the sun rose over the mountains. We had everything we needed to make our stay special.

We had a wonderful stay in the 2 bedroom condo in PGA West. The entire unit was clean and spacious and the kitchen included everything you would/could need to prepare all meals.The back porch and view onto the 12th green was beautiful and relaxing. We had a lovely vacation and look forward to returningThank you for all the tips on where to shop/eat and where to play golf we appreciated all the extra inside information.

Great stay in La Quinta!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during Stagecoach weekend! Very beautiful condo right on the golf course and very conveniently located to the concert and nearby restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Responsive host. Clean, spacious, comfortable home that is close to Coachella grounds. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of storage space. 2-car garage. Beautiful view of golf course from the house and backyard patio.

Amazing Stay in the Desert!

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend during Coachella. Not only was it very close to the festival grounds, it was a great property with comfortable beds, access to a community pool just a few houses down, and a beautiful view of a PGA West golf course. The hosts are very dedicated to making your stay as seamless as possible, responsive, and happy to help. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Wonderful Property-Exceeded Expectations

Perfect place for a golf get-away in lovely La Quinta. We fell in love with the area last year and this unit was perfect for a week of golf and sun. Very clean and airy with fantastic view of the action on the Stadium Course. Will book again for sure!

Tennis tourney get away

Ken and Meredeth's condo was the perfect option for an extended stay during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. The unit was clean with all of the essentials. Everything was as described. We greatly appreciated Ken and Meredeth's communication prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in PGA West!

Family of four had a great day at this property. Communication with the host was excellent. Our family was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two king beds. The community is beautiful with several heated pools with hot tubs that we enjoyed daily. Fantastic patio with beautiful views of the golf course. Frequent hummingbird visitors! The place was well stocked and very clean. The only small hiccup was no smart TV for viewing our streaming services, but cable was available.

Simply the Best

Me and my husband, along with my elderly mother rented the condo over Thanksgiving week. What a pleasure it was to stay in a beautiful, well stocked, spotless condo, surrounded by the 13th hole on the patio side of the property. The complex is quiet and very well maintained, with flower beds full off blooming petunias and snap-dragons. Ken responded immediately to my questions, none having to do with the condo, since everything was perfect: soft sheets, comfortable beds, roomy showers, gorgeous, up-to-date kitchen with new appliances. They took the time to put together a reference book featuring local interests and eateries. We will definitely be staying there next time! Thank you Ken and Meredith.

Lovely accommodation. Very clean, nicely stocked in the kitchen from cookware, dishware and enough condiments to get you started. Much appreciated. Comfy bed and nice quality linens. Loved the fluffy towels! Owner very responsive. Again appreciate the quick responses. Would recommend and rebook this unit.

Stadium course with a view

Our family had a great stay. The unit was very clean, the owner was very informative, check in was a breeze, the kitchen was well outfitted, the view from the patio was spectaculars, the pool was very close and an added plus was a lemon tree just off the patio.

Clean & Comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ken’s home on the Stadium Course. The unit was extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. It has all the essentials you need for either a short or extended stay. The patio gets warm sun most of the day and it’s just a few steps to the community pool. We hope to be back again.
