Great week in La Quinta

Beautiful property on the golf course and right next to a heated pool and hot tub. Clean space with comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for Stagecoach 2023

My family and friends stayed here during our trip to Stagecoach 2023. The property was great! Had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub right outside made it perfect! The condo was beautiful and will definitely be a must next time we go!

Had an excellent time; unit was clean and well furnished; all possible utensils, dishes, bedding, barbecue etc were present and in good condition; the location right next to pool and hot tub was a bonus; owner was easily reached and communication was excellent; we would stay there again

Great host and location

Ken was super responsive. The condo was stocked with everything you need, beautiful golf course location, quiet and super comfortable. Felt like we had a private pool and hot tub with it being next door!

Annual Friend-Cation

We travel annually with another couple, and finding a place that accommodates two couples is always our goal. PGA West is always a guaranteed great area.This condo offers a great view of the sunrise, and is located right next to a pool, it's perfect.

Fabulous host. Ken is kind and courteous, and responds quickly throughout the rental process. The condo is spotless and everything is in working order. The kitchen and laundry supplies are well stocked. The view from the patio is gorgeous, and the pool and jacuzzi are right next door. This condo does not disappoint. We will be back in 2026.

This was our second time renting a villa in PGA West from Ken. The villa is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked and super clean. The patio view of the golf course and mountains is spectacular. The pool is next door, making it convenient to take a quick dip or relax with a good book. Ken responds quickly to any questions and makes the check-in process seamless. We’re looking forward to our next visit in November.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property during our Thanksgiving stay. The owners were very attentive with any questions or needs that we had. The golf course view was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and had an abundance of amenities available. The location was perfect to take advantage of all that Palm Springs has to offer. We will definitely stay at this property again.

This condo has been recently updated. It was very well equipped with supplies. The patio was especially lovely and provided a relaxing view of the golf course.

PGA West stay - May 1to May 7, 2024

A great condo located on the Stadium course at PGA West. The condo was a good fit for our golf trip needs and the location right next to the pool and spa was fantastic. The communications from Ken were flawless and appreciated. Overall a fantastic condo and highly recommended.

Excellent location and wonderful property

Great condo located on Stadium course at PGA West. It was extremely clean and quiet, perfect sized kitchen for our group, stocked kitchen/laundry/linens/garage necessities. Ken and Meredeth answered all of our questions and concerns and their property allowed our group to enjoy ourselves with minimal worry. Will definitely stay here again!!

La Quinta Condo

The condo was fantastic. It was clean and smelled great. It had everything we could need. We went with another couple and it had two bedrooms with King size beds which was perfect and two bathrooms. The condo was right next to the pool and hot tub which was perfect and right on the beautiful green golf course. Great condo...would totally rent again. The owners were responsive and were great hosts.

12th hole on the PGA West Stadium Course!!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property!! The condo lacks for nothing. Everything that we could possibly have needed was there for us. The pool is right next door! A hot tub for our early morning coffee and a refreshing dip in the pool after a day full of activities in the desert heat. The beds were very comfortable; the towels were thick and plush and the ice maker worked hard all day. I can highly recommend this property. We will stay there again!

Great location for golfers

Ken & Meredith’s place is great! Condo was spotless and had all the amenities that you need. We came for a buddies golf trip and the location was perfect. Having the swimming pool right next door was great after a day of golf. Communication with the host was top notch and check in was seamless. Ken even turned on the A/C a couple days before we arrived so the place would be cool when we got there. Would not hesitate to stay here again. 5 star!

Came to La Quinta for a quick visit with family. House is in great community close to everything and has all you need. Pool next door is a plus! Communication was excellent!

We had a fantastic stay at PGA West. The condo was perfect for our needs, very comfortable and lovely views of the immaculate golf course. Communication with the owner was faultless. Will definitely be back again sometime!
