Great Communication with Owner

This place met all our needs for this visit to La Quinta. Communication with the owner was superb. All my quesitons/conerns were promptly answered. We have a friend that lives in PGA West so this was very convenient. This is a place to consider when attending BNP Paribas Tennis also.

Great Golf Course Location

Amazing Vacation

My wife and I stayed at Leslie's house for the last 2 months. We were really impressed with the location, cleanliness and overall condition of the condo. It sits on the 11th fairway of the Stadium course. It was a treat to watch the daily golfers, especially during the PGA tournament which is played here in January. The condo was very well stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Leslie was quick to respond to our questions. We had an excellent time during our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Enjoyable Stay

This was one of the most well stocked VRBO units I have ever been in. Plenty of everything including dishes, utensils, glassware, and even spices and plastic bags. The unit was very clean, and the furniture was very comfortable albeit a bit low for me (I have hip issues) but for the others it was not an issue. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Leslie was right on any maintenance or other issues that we had. Very responsive. It was enjoyable to sit on the back patio and watch the golfers tee off on the 11th hole (Eternity) of the golf course. My only recommendation would be to add an umbrella to the table on the back patio to provide shade from the morning sun. The two-car garage was available to get our cars out of the sun. We enjoyed walking the area each morning and the nearest swimming pool is only a few units down. Recommended for anyone staying in La Quinta.

A place to enjoy

Here’s what’s great about this place where we stayed for 5 weeks. Very clean (the carpet was done just before our arrival), walls seemed freshly painted, an abundance of kitchen ware, a fast Wi-Fi, very entertaining watching golfers tee off on a long hole, eating breakfast in the warm sun, the birds in the trees, the closeness of swimming pools, the trees with ripe pomelos and grapefruit, the very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom, and especially the quick and full response of Leslie to any issues that arose. Some things need updating: fixtures, locks, grouting, guest linens. But they were minor issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
