Thanksgiving retreat

Great property nicely located in the heart of PGA West. Very close to several golf courses and a short drive to Old Town La Quinta that has great dining options.

Great Golf Course Location

This property was well-stocked and just what I needed for a quick stay. I loved sitting on the patio near the 11th hole and enjoying the sunrise. The host was communicative, the home was clean, and everything went smoothly. Thanks for the stay!

Nice and quiet location

We enjoyed the location of this condo. It was nice sitting on the back patio watching the golfers. The host was great. Always got back to us immediately with any inquiries that we had.

Great Communication with Owner

This place met all our needs for this visit to La Quinta. Communication with the owner was superb. All my quesitons/conerns were promptly answered. We have a friend that lives in PGA West so this was very convenient. This is a place to consider when attending BNP Paribas Tennis also.

Amazing Vacation

My wife and I stayed at Leslie's house for the last 2 months. We were really impressed with the location, cleanliness and overall condition of the condo. It sits on the 11th fairway of the Stadium course. It was a treat to watch the daily golfers, especially during the PGA tournament which is played here in January. The condo was very well stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Leslie was quick to respond to our questions. We had an excellent time during our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Tired place

The condo met our basic needs but we were disappointed in the terribly stained carpeting throughout, the soiled toss pillows on sofas, the stale/unfresh smell of the place, the low end and tired finishes, the verticals on the windows which functioned poorly and didn’t allow one to sleep past sunrise in the master bedroom, and the old/worn bed linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we had to buy air fresheners to disperse around the place, and fragrant flowers to make it less depressing. Also bought new pillows to sleep on ( once seeing the discolored stained ones under our pillow cases), had to clean the windows to patio they were do dirty- could not see out too well, and removed the toss pillows on the living room sofas/chair because they were spiked & I didn’t want anyone to put their heads on them. Ay first time sitting on dining chair- Would not rent this place again- and would not recommend!

I have stayed at many VRBO houses and condos over many years and this one is exceptional. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The floor plan is great with the two master suites well separated for privacy.Leslie, the owner, was extremely responsive and cooperative. After booking, I had an issue with the tax associated with the booking. Since it is very difficult to contact VRBO for any resolution, Leslie spent a great deal of time resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.My one month stay in Leslie's condo was very enjoyable and I highly recommend it. You can't go wrong

Enjoyable Stay

This was one of the most well stocked VRBO units I have ever been in. Plenty of everything including dishes, utensils, glassware, and even spices and plastic bags. The unit was very clean, and the furniture was very comfortable albeit a bit low for me (I have hip issues) but for the others it was not an issue. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Leslie was right on any maintenance or other issues that we had. Very responsive. It was enjoyable to sit on the back patio and watch the golfers tee off on the 11th hole (Eternity) of the golf course. My only recommendation would be to add an umbrella to the table on the back patio to provide shade from the morning sun. The two-car garage was available to get our cars out of the sun. We enjoyed walking the area each morning and the nearest swimming pool is only a few units down. Recommended for anyone staying in La Quinta.
