Please read the entire description before making any commitment.

You are renting an apartment of approximately 23 m², with an independent entrance door, an attic bedroom under a sloping roof with a skylight (Velux), a living room, and a fitted kitchen, fully equipped (washing machine, air conditioning, upstairs air cooler, Wi‑Fi, oven, microwave, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc.).

This apartment is located in the town centre, close to the Sunday morning market and 1.5 km from the sea. A free shuttle runs several times a day from the town centre to the harbour and the beaches:

Bedding: We do not provide sheets or towels for the week, so please remember to bring your own. However, if you wish, we can provide household linen as an optional service upon request.

Pets: We do not accept animals, as there is no terrace or balcony.

Smoking: The apartment is non‑smoking. You may, however, go down the staircase and smoke on the doorstep outside, facing the street.

Cleaning: A full cleaning (including dishes) takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. If the apartment is not left clean and ready for immediate rental—meaning the cleaning must be redone—a fee of €35 will be charged. If you prefer, we can take care of the cleaning for you.

Documents: Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a recent ID (Passport or Identity Card), a €300 security deposit by bank card (the same card used for the booking only), and a bank account document (RIB) for the refund of the deposit. The deposit is fully refunded within 3 working days after your departure, provided nothing has been damaged and the cleaning has been done. The apartment will be checked before departure.

Conditions: You will receive a copy of the house rules along with an inventory checklist, so you can verify everything and note any irregularities if necessary. This document must be returned the morning after your arrival (no later than 11:00) so that we can check and take into account any issues. After this time, it is considered that you have accepted the premises in perfect condition.

Important: The staircase leading to the attic bedroom upstairs is a Japanese‑step staircase, very steep, and therefore strongly discouraged for very tall people, people with a larger build, and young children aged 1 to 5 years. There is no play area in the apartment.

Due to the presence of an adjoining apartment, you are asked not to make noise or play music after 11:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding (legal quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.).

Parking: Free public parking is available on site and in the surrounding streets. If you inform us the day before of your approximate arrival time, we can try to keep a parking space for you, subject to availability.

Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is fiscal and mandatory, paid by visitors, and part of it is collected by the municipality. This tax is generally collected by the booking platform you used. However, depending on the provider and the type of accommodation, it may be collected directly by the host, who will charge it on site and must then transfer it to the tax authorities.

Please check with your booking platform whether it is the one collecting these taxes. Look under “taxes and fees” on the total displayed rental price.
