    The Space:

    Welcome to a private La Jolla estate where space, views, and lifestyle come together effortlessly. Spanning over 4,500 square feet, this beautifully designed home is created for gathering, relaxing, and fully embracing coastal living.



    The main living areas are filled with natural light and framed by expansive windows that showcase panoramic ocean views stretching across the coastline. Multiple lounge areas offer a comfortable yet refined setting, while the formal dining room provides an elevated space for shared meals. The kitchen is bright and functional, with generous counter space and a seamless connection to the outdoor terrace—perfect for entertaining.



    Step outside and the home truly transforms into a resort. A dramatic west-facing terrace overlooks the private pool and spa, with lounge seating, a cabana, and a large outdoor dining area ideal for sunset dinners. Just beyond, a full-size tennis court—also lined for pickleball—creates a rare and unforgettable amenity, all set against the backdrop of the Pacific.



    The home comfortably accommodates larger groups across seven well-appointed bedrooms:



    On the main level, the primary suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom. A second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed.



    Upstairs, the “garden room” includes a king bed and en suite bathroom, while another king bedroom with a walk-in closet shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a queen bedroom. A spacious bunk room includes two queen beds with a twin trundle, making it ideal for families or groups. The seventh bedroom, also perfect as an office, features a daybed with a full and twin trundle and its own en suite bathroom.

    • 3-night minimum stay • The home DOES NOT have AC, open the windows and doors and you will feel a lovely ocean breeze! • No Smoking • Guests ages 30+ unless family groups • Parking: oversized 2 car driveway parking - plenty of street parking available in front of the home • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

    • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
