"Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). Owner warned us of this before our stay though, and we appreciated that.We did not receive instructions with the code to enter before our arrival (oops)!, so there was a little mix up there, but owner answered our call quickly and...

"The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here."

"This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again! "

"What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. This place is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores or a perfect bike ride to everywhere. I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friends."
