Amazing location in the center of the cutest street in La Jolla. This gem is a quick walk to the beach and surf and is incredibly clean and comfortable.

Great pet friendly place. However, it sits on a street that is pedestrian only making initial access to the property difficult. You are moving "stuff" from a distance. There is NO way to pull up, even briefly, in front of the property. There is an alleyway in the back, but the steps are pretty shaky.Also the "restaurant" is open air and a very popular bar in the area. It's noisy until 10:30 p.m. (as in music and talking). Sleeping with the windows open in an option only from night owls.

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Possibly the best beachy, surfy, Cali vibe available anywhere. It’s a short block and a half to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, surf shops, general merch stores and shopping. We loved sitting on the deck watching the vibrant street scene below, Mount Soledad dead ahead and the ocean to the right. The place was well stocked with coffee/fixings, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer in each bathroom, extra pillows, beach supplies (towels, a few chairs and a wagon). Stephany was a great host who answered every dumb question we had immediately. 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back.

The hosts provided very helpful and detailed information, especially about parking. We had a Ford Expedition for our trip and had zero problems finding parking on the street. We parked less than a block away our entire 3 day stay. The unit is large, clean, well-decorated and provides everyone with enough space. The very large balcony was an amazing place to have a morning cup of coffee and relax after a day at the beach. The vast array of beach accessories were a huge value I hadn’t originally anticipated when booking. My family and I are already talking about visiting again next year. Highly recommend!

Great location and place in La Jolla!

We had an excellent stay in La Jolla at Stephany’s place and highly recommend it if you like to be in a great location, close to the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and great amenities. Stephany has thought of everything a guest could need to make a stay enjoyable and she is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will would absolutely stay in this unit again and enjoyed it very much. Our kids- aged 20 and 17 also enjoyed it equally as much. The noise did not bother us at all, we did not find parking overly difficult either as well. Thanks Stephany for everything! We look forward to coming back!

Great property right in the mix of La Jolla Shores. Restaurant downstairs. Beach is a 3 min walk. Shops, other restaurants and market/general store all within a 60 second stroll; literally. Stephany (owner) is responsive and courteous. Quintessential "beach place". Clean and updated.

Great stay/location

The property was exactly as described, and very clean. The location was perfect for our girl's weekend and the property was perfect for relaxing and sleeping all of us. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Accommodations were lovely. Just as we expected based off of the photos. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of food venues right outside the staircase. The walk to the beach Front was pleasant and easily manageable with three kids and a little wagon for our gear. At first, we were concerned about the nightlife being that this spot is directly above a restaurant/bar. I guess the bar shuts down at 10 PM which is totally fine for us and the noise from the nightlife was kind of fun and engaging. Our kids were able to throw a football around on the closed off street in between the restaurants, which was so fun for them. Our only discomfort was the unit smelled a little heavy of room freshener or floor cleaner, not sure what the chemical was, but we were able to air it out a bit when we arrived and the smell eventually dissipated. Obviously the housekeepers had just been there and I’m not complaining because the accommodations did feel very clean. I’d rather have it freshly cleaned than the opposite obviously lol. Loved the view and we are already planning a trip back.

Had a wonderful time!

Very cute and clean apartment on a buzzing street with lots of shops and places to eat. The host was great about responding to messages. The only caveat is that the apartment is right over a bar, so we heard music all day and until about 11pm or so (tbh I rather enjoyed the daytime song mix). The bar itself (Shore Rider) had very good food and drinks, too.

Perfect SoCal Vacation

This was an all around excellent stay in La Jolla! The apartment was so clean, the beds were comfy, the location is perfect. The neighborhood is charming with great restaurants. You can hear the music from the restaurant below, but at least it’s good music and they stop around 9:30/10 at night. It never kept any of us awake. There is no parking, but it was easy to find neighborhood parking. It was nice to have some snacks and other supplies like towels, beach toys and sunscreen. There’s a lot of activities to do nearby and easy access to anything around. It was the perfect location for our stay and we highly recommend it!
