  • Beautiful 465 sq. ft. studio, totally remodeled. Private, large kitchen, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. Queen size bed and pull out couch, sleeps 2 adults and 2 children . Separate vanity with sink and sitting area. Newer, dual-head shower & toilet. Wardrobe closet, 42 flat screen TV. Comfortable living area. Washer & Dryer located just outside the unit. This is a bottom rear unit with no views. Great place to have happy hour / street dining / kayak / surf shops , walk and watch the sunset and smell the Ocean Breeze.

Hidden gem in La Jolla Shores, just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants! Extremely clean, great communication, and provides great beach amenities such as chairs and umbrellas. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

We stayed in this property three times over a few years. If you plan active beach vacation with boards and wet suits, this property is ideal to handle this equipment. It also has a parking spot which is very important in area.

It was an unbelievable stay! Such an amazing location for walking and access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding in La Jolla and will be returning for sure for another leisure trip. I cannot say enough great things about the host and rental. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay. Fabulous location, all the amenities you need and very clean. Highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Great stay. Location is great!

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is great and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Communication was quick and very detailed.

Ocean access

We enjoyed access to the ocean and all related activities. Parking is a huge plus in La Jolla. Finally, a few good restaurants are a few steps away.

Great location in La Jolla Shores.

Great studio with all amenities, a/c, and steps from restaurants, ocean, and beach shops. Very quick response from host on any issues. Will definitely stay again next summer.

Awesome Casita!

This is our second time staying here. It was just as good this time around as the first. The location is great, as are the accommodations. Property management is very helpful and responsive, and everything is provided. One of the best choices for a stay in La Jolla Shores.

Location, location, location

Was a very cozy unit, convenient to all attractions. Owner was very accessible and quick to handle any arising problems. Was behind ice cream store, off an alley so was a little dark in unit but overall great place.

Great Casita

The property was perfectly located in La Jolla Shores. Just a short 2 blocks from the beach and right behind the main strip of restaurants (which were all very good). The property was extremely clean and well laid out, which made it feel bigger than it was. Also, it is very conveniently located to other areas of San Diego and La Jolla (10 or so minute drive). Everything was provided including laundry detergent, beach chairs, beach toys and wagon. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Perfect location!

The unit is right next the beach and La Jolla shores restaurants. It’s very quiet, especially considering how centrally located the unit is. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchen supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach toys, paper towels, etc). It’s a lower level unit with a side alley entrance but there are gates on both sides to block out any foot traffic so it feels very safe. Owners were very responsive and you can tell they genuinely want you to enjoy your visit. Perfect for our family of 3, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great experience

A nice, private studio in a GREAT location. Very short walk to the beach and to a variety of restaurants. Short drive to Old Town San Diego and to Village of La Jolla. The alley parking had minor inconveniences. When we arrived we couldn't park because the city had the alley closed. Next day there was a car parked in what was supposed to be our parking spot, when the car finally moved, a different car parked in the alley blocking access to the parking spot. We were lucky to find parking on the street nearby. Overall, we would stay again and highly recommend.

Unbeatable location!

This property has a spectacular location, only a 5 minute, 2 block walk to the beach, and some of La Jolla’s best restaurants right outside the door. It was also so convenient to have the use of beach chairs, beach equipment, and beach umbrellas available for our use. It was a perfect size for two adults. Our only issue was the persistent smell of sulfur from the bathroom and sink drains. I reached out to Leti and she was able to assess the property during our stay and had a plumber in after we vacated to fix the issue. I wish this had been rectified sooner as some other tenants before us had mentioned the same in their reviews and it wasn’t fixed at that time, but overall we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the incredible convenience of the location.

Mi stay at casita

I was disappointed not to find a welcoming basket awaiting us, as I have in other places similar to this. I expected something especially with the cost of the unit. We arrived late in evening and would have appreciated having something around for morning before we could shop. Also it would be helpful if you give instructions on the air conditioning unit to indicate you have to hold it pointing to the unit in order to make it go. It took 2 warm nights to figure that out. Thought it was on but just lousy And a few more washcloths for three females for five nights would be good… only had four. Perfect location
