Dear Nevena, Thank you for taking time to comment on your recent holiday at Amaya Kuda Rah Resort Maldives, your comments have been looked into and I do apologize for the water leak due to heavy rains which was attended to by our team as soon as possible, however with regards to the rate you have paid we find that it is very much lower the charge mentioned in your comments, also our All Inclusive plan is notified even on arrival with what inclusions are available, I apologize if that has not been fully briefed to you in the letter we give out on arrival. With regards to the Dinner our F&B manager was made aware only the next morning that you had been sick and he had offered to visit the Doctor who is on site however you have not taken the option as you had your own medicine, Due to an error the dinner bill was not removed at the time and we apologize for that error on our part and the inconvenience caused, with regards to the transfer our records show that you original departure from resort was at 14.10hrs and not at 11.30hrs as mentioned by you, as the Seaplane operates by a 3rd party the flights are scheduled as per availability from the area and the latest flight on that date had been allocated, and eventually left at 14.30hrs to Male. Comments on guest experience are always welcomed by us as it is a way for us to make improvements and correct our standards and services and we do thank you for this. I am happy to hear that you have enjoyed the cleanliness and beach areas as well as the activities offered and that you were able to experience a discovery dive, it is also a pleasure to hear that the service from our cleaners and servers has met your expectations and we hope that you have the opportunity to return back to Maldives for another holiday in the future.
