"The location is unbeatable access to the slopes on kicking horse and the value was incredible. I have no real big complaints. There were a few minor issues that were promptly addressed by the host who was on top of it quickly. Check in was easy. This was our second stay in the unit and and they added a touch pad lock this time which made it much easier to come and go. "

"The place was in great location, near Grand Lake. It was spacious. Few things that really bugged us:1. Property was not thoroughly cleaned. We found food scraps under the bunk beds 2. We found hair strands on the beds 3. The garage door couldn’t lock from the inside 4. Dish washer was not emptied and we had to put the dishes away ourselves. 5. Some wear and tear that shouldn’t be there for a property with this price range, for example: dining room chair had some broken pieces, no tablespoons...

"There is plenty of room for many people to stay here at once. You could easily have four couples upstairs and a whole bunch of kids in sleeping bags in the basement. There's a huge living room/dining room with multiple tables. This is a place designed for get-togethers. However, this is not a place for anyone over the age of forty or literally anyone with any kind of medical condition. I literally thought my husband was going to die from climbing all those stairs. "Clean and well maintained. Quiet and calm. Spacious and nice floor plan. Nice size rooms, nice mattresses and nice size patio balcony. AND pet friendly. At night, you are so close to the stars…"

"Could not recommend this place enough! Very vey clean. Huge spaces for gatherings. The outdoor fireplace was our family favorite!They have everything: hammock, outdoor games, outdoor (& indoor fireplaces), huge kitchen, ginormous master bedrooms, and beautiful neighborhood. Hosts were amazing!"
