"I travel quite a lot, and this Ryokan is the best place I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and thought put into every piece of the home is impeccable. If you are lucky enough for this space to be available during your time in Japan, booking this place would be the best decision! Kimi is absolutely incredible and will ensure your stay is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming back and recommending to everyone I know. "

"It's a wonderful hotel. Very clean, services were excellent. My family including the kids enjoyed staying thoroughly.
Very close to our ski school, easy to find.

"The resort is surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri. The owner was very kind and even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the station, and he also took me to visit the old town, Narai-juku.

"Great slice of cabin in the woods humble abode. Clean and warm. You will need a car with AWD and snow tires if visiting in the winter. Beware though, there are monkeys in the woods and they come out in the warm late afternoon. While they're incredible to see, they're smart so keep your food close, snap some pictures and steer clear of them. "

"Excelente experiencia. Me llevaron hasta el parque de monos que es maravilloso y de noche al onsen de un hotel histórico. La entrada al onsen estaba incluida con mi hospedaje, hermosa piscina exterior en un ambiente natural lleno de vegetación y obras de arte."
