We do try to cover as much information as possible in our Booking Confirmation Letter to help our guests have the most information available to them prior to their stay, which does also include the opening hours of reception for checking in. Whilst it is disappointing to hear that you were unhappy with various aspects of your stay, we do appreciate you taking the time to inform us of ways that we can improve. We strive to try and make every guests experience a memorable one, and it seems that this was not the case for you. We do hope that you return for another stay in the future so that we can restore your expectations.

Thank you for your feedback. You were unfortunate that your stay was impacted by a major weather event. The power was out for over 24 hours a we were very limited on what we could do in that time.

Thank you for your comments. The Resort itself is about 40 years old and was abandoned for nearly 6 years. We try our best to keep up with maintenance issues.

Thank you for your review. Our apologies for the inconvenience with obtaining your meals but we are glad that you enjoyed your food. Due to our remote location we have a high staff turnover and difficulty obtaining staff, but we are trying to entice staff to come to the Resort.

However the new Managers are getting on top of the issues and the resort will improve over time.
