Inside was decorated very nice and clean, but it it was located in a basement and I was very uncomfortable by all homeless people in the area.. I just could not stay there alone. My husband in the hospital very critical, and I needed to be closer to the hospital too. B&B was too far away.

What a great place for the family to stay for our daughters graduation from UTK. Super cute decorating! All things you might need are there! Beds were comfy and lots of living space to hang out in during down times! Highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean. The manual was easy to read and great tips on things to do. Please go to K Brew and enjoy an amazing coffee and delicious bagel. If we come back to Knoxville we will stay again!

Every year I take my kids and nieces on a summer trip. We decided to road trip this year with 2 nights in Knoxville. This little basement apartment was adorable - she really has an eye for decor. Easy to get to all the touristy places. Enjoyed our stay here. Owner is an excellent communicator and helpful when needed.

Our family had a lovely stay. Everything was clean. We had lots of room for our kids to spread out a little. We would definitely stay again if we are in Knoxville :)

The apartment was super cute!! A few things I wish I knew before I booked. There is a Lawnmowing company literally right next-door to the house you cannot open the curtains because they will see in your windows (we stayed in downstairs basement apartment) they start the lawnmowers at 8 AM to pull them out of their warehouse and it’s very loud, it is right outside the bedroom windows, and the lawnmowers going all day long. We didn’t feel super safe in the neighborhood either there was a lot of homeless people under the bridge right down the street. We didn’t have any blankets the beds only had the quilt which we assumed did not get washed and a sheet, but the property manager did bring us blankets after we asked about it which we were grateful for! Maybe good to have a closet with some extra bedding or a table in bedrooms to put your stuff on we had to put all of our stuff on the floor because there is no dresser or tables? The pillows did not have protective covers on them and we’re super huge and uncomfortable (bring your own bedding!!!) The living room is so cute but the couch was really uncomfortable and bumpy so we sat in the bedrooms to hang out (bummer) thankfully we were there for a girls trip so I didn’t spend a lot of time at the house.

This 2 bedroom unit was clean, cute, and perfect for a two-night stay for 3 people-- it's surprisingly homey and well lit for being a basement unit, and there was actually way more space than the photos made it seem! We were there for Dollywood/ Pigeon Forge (easy 45ish min drive away) so we didn't venture too much into the local Knoxville spots, but the property was super easy to get to and close to everything. Would definitely recommend to a friend and consider staying again on my next trip through!

5 min drive from very cute historic old Knoxville. Impressive layout & design, especially for a basement. One door didn’t lock, which was weird & concerning at first, but property manager promptly replied with clarifications. There was no sugar for coffee, but overall nice stay. 4 Stars. Thank you.

This property was so cute and we stayed with our 4 kids. The layout is so fun and funky but it was perfect for our family of 6. The area itself is full of older homes but we were comfortable there and overall had a great stay! Also the host was so responsive and was so helpful overall!
