Great location but property maintenance issues
This flies through Outer Banks Blue for the management company. Arrived on June 8th at 5pm to unpack and enjoy a family vacation. Door code allowed entry and I proceeded to unpack truck while family members started carrying items in. They called me in because none of the bathrooms were cleaned. Toothpaste in sink, feces splattered underneath every toilet seat and they left the toilet seat open so it was clearly visible. The sink was plugged in the kitchen with crab meat, and the sink was never cleaned out. The stove microwave and countertops still had grease splatter everywhere. The microwave was exploded with whatever the previous people were eating up. The refrigerator was never wiped out. The floors were never swept. I proceeded to contact blue realty, and got there after our service and still never received a phone call back from them. I proceeded to go by 50 of cleaning supplies so that I could go ahead and between three adults spend first couple hours cleaning the house. I typically don’t pack toilet bowl cleaner, and I don’t mind cleaning up my own mess but somebody else’s I’d prefer to put rubber gloves on. This house is a wonderful house if it was just cared for. The disconnect my be solely on the maintenance company. One of the lower room sliding doors was left open because it was off the track. Put back on but door is not usable to access deck. Storm door was at the trash cans. Electrical issues with lights. I would be livid if I owned this house.
