"We checked in Friday afternoon. The process was very smooth and aligned with the instructions we received. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances that we utilized all week. We cooked every meal as the kitchen was great for my bride l niece who is going into her second year of culinary in high school. The bedrooms and bathroom are exactly as pictured. The kids loved the pool table and other games. The view and access to the beach was chef's kiss. "

"The location to beach and town can't be beat! For our family, the layout of home was perfect for sleeping levels, especially with a 1 & 3 year old. We did have an issue with dryer not working but the management was quick to respond and provided us a temporary fix. We definitely hope to go back next year."

"Check in was easy. Actually got in early due to nice adjustment made by owner. Kitchen, family room and decks made large dinners and entertaining easy. Best part of property is the proximity to the beach! Right on it. Really enjoyed the week. "

"This was an amazingly good location with obviously easy access to the beach and a convenient distance from groceries, etc. But I can’t say enough about how comfortable and pleasant the home is. We have rarely stayed in a rental location that felt so little like a garden-variety vacation rental and so much like a home. "Great location. Loved having morning coffee on the deck watching the magnificent sunrise. The ocean abound with wildlife; dolphins, osprey, gulls etc. Place was great for family with everyone able to have a private room and bath! Views were great from the living room. House was comfortable with all the necessities. Loved gazing at the stars from the hot tub. Management team was quick and responsive to inquiries. Check in and out was easy."

"We had a great time at this house and it's mostly remodeled. Kitchen is new. Main floor bath needs some updating but overall very nice property. Its located 2 blocks from the beach. There are no beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc), so be prepared to buy or rent if you need those for your stay.For management: the guests before us didnt take their trash out so we had to deal with the smell until our pick up date. Also, one of the pool drain covers is broken and you can cut yourself...

"We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. Well equipped with the exception of broken dishwashers (both indoor and tiki bar were broken most of the week) and a leaking ice machine. Response...

"Absolutely perfect house and great price!!! 5 minutes walk to the beach, house is clean and three full bathrooms are big and perfect for a week long trip!!! The pool and grill were all awesome and we used them the whole week!! Supplies us with pool towels and bath towels and clean sheets for all the beds!!! Definitely recommend and would book again. "
