This is our second year at Fish Kiss and it won’t be our last. It’s such a comfortable, well-furnished, well-equipped home and sparkling clean. And the location can’t be beat! Easy access to everything OBX has to offer and an easy 6-8 minute walk to a lovely beach with a lifeguard. It’s a wonderful house!

This house was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Pictures on listing are accurate. Location is great! Close to lots of stores, restaurants etc but in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Took us about 6 min. Beach cart and beach chairs and umbrella provided were great and appreciated. Backyard pool was awesome. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. No complaints. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better and the space was perfect for our family. Kitchen space is pretty tight and there were a couple loads worth of dirty towels in the laundry room, only moderately clean overall inside. We loved the pool, beach supplies were nice to have. We recommend taking kiddos to the soundside beach for calmer waves and less jellyfish. We went to Jockey Ridge a few times.

Wonderful Home and Stay in OBX!

We had a great time at Fish Kiss! The property was clean and stocked with everything anyone could want for a complete beach vacation. Comfortable, inviting seating in the living room made for great evenings relaxing around a movie. The location could not have been more perfect. The house is a short 6-8 minute walk to the beach, with direct access across Route 12 to the beach path. There is a stop light and walk/don't walk sign, which makes it safe to cross! I have to mention the beach wagon, which made toting to and from the beach very easy! We would happily rent Fiss Kiss again!

Would stay again!

House was clean and comfortable! Nicer than VRBO pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Nice pool. Everything close. Plenty of space to move around and not being on top of each other. Everything you want in a beach house.

Everything you need in one convenient package

Where do I start? Between the proximity to the beach, the generous amount of available beach gear, the pool, the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds- this place really does have it all and we enjoyed every minute staying here. Just wish it could’ve been longer!

Can't beat the location and pool

Location is amazing. Super close to the beach, grocery stores and a quick drive into Duck. The pool is awesome and all the extras like beach chairs, pool toys, bikes and sand toys. House is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Family OBX Getaway!

This place was perfect for my family. The house had everything we needed for an amazing vacation! Lots of toys, games, and puzzles for the kids. Nice beach towels are provided, which is a nice touch. This is a short walk from the beach, but a nice beach wagon is there to help with the haul-out. 🥰 Pool was great for night swimming and the owners seem to want everyone to have a good time! Also appreciated a quick check-out process without a lot of 'chores' before leaving. This was a very relaxing week!!

Great location

Fish kiss was just as advertised. I stayed in this home with my two teens. It’s a very short walk to the beach. My kids enjoyed using the provided boogie boards on the beach. We used the wagon to haul our chairs and cooler to the beach. There are nice beach chairs and a cooler as well if you need them. There are also bikes and a ping pong table. Everything was as advertised. The pool was very nice also. You can easily run to the grocery stores down the road if needed. After a long day my teens enjoyed being able to watch Netflix. There is one garbage can that doesn’t have wheels out of three. I think guests before us filled it up and then I had to drag it in once the garbage company finally took it. They are serious about that three foot distancing between cans. We had a great week and I would definitely recommend this home. The hosts provide you with everything you need to have a stress free vacation!

Exceeded expectations

We absolutely loved this rental. Pictures don’t do it justice. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Pantry items were a bonus. We took advantage of corn hole and ping pong table. Private, secluded setting but so convenient to everything we needed. Gorgeous pool area with COMFORTABLE SEATING. So much room to spread out. Never felt claustrophobic. Added touches of fresh cut flowers upon arrival and a welcome bucket made it over the top perfect. Thanks so much for making this a wonderful vacation after a very crappy year. We needed it. We never needed to contact the property manager but I’m sure that would’ve been awesome too. 😎

Great location

This place was very well equipped! Sheets/towels/everything! Oh it was so perfect for 8 months old and 2 yr old. Pool toys. Beautiful pool! The wagon to the beach with the kids was a Lifesaver. I had a few questions and the host responded within minutes. It will be highly recommended by us!

Wonderful Stay

This is a comfortable, well located property that worked very well for three couples and one 17 month old. It's close to a beautiful section of the beach with a life guard on duty. Loved the pool area especially in the morning and after an afternoon at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. If you are looking for modern luxury this is not for you. If you want a great space to spend time with family this is it. A bonus is the baby's room with a crib. There are lots of games and puzzles for young and old.We left with happy memories and would return again.

A great get away

My family and I stayed at this property in May of 2021. Everything seemed very new and the kitchen had everything. Not only did it have absolutely everything we needed in it, it was all very clean. The whole house was very clean, which is one of the most important things for my family. The pool area had lots foliage debris so we cleaned that up ourselves, this was probably the only downside of this property (for us, it wasn't a big deal, we don't mind a little work even on vacation). Overall we were very impressed and would stay there again for sure!

Perfect family spot

The house is wonderfully stocked with just about everything you would need for your vacation! We had a great time staying here. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool is very relaxing. Plenty of pool toys for the children as well. Would definitely book again!

Location!

We had such a great time. The walk to the beach was short and there was so much beach equipment at the house. The pool was fantastic. Being able to get to and from the grocery stores while avoiding Hwy 12 was perfect. We plan to stay again!

Perfect location

First trip to Outer Banks and it did not disappoint! The location is perfect- close to the beach but off the main road, close to the bridge so we didn't get stuck in a traffic jam. House was clean, well stocked and pool was great. Short driving distance to shopping, restaurants, activities. We had a wonderful time and would return.
