The location of this house is great for beach access, it is two houses down from a boardwalk style direct beach access. So if location is your only priority then this is the house. However the house is in need of many updates, cabinets, sinks, furniture are pretty dated. All were functional, just old. There was also a lack of the "extras" that typically are provided by VRBO hosts. No dish detergent, several sinks lacked soap dispensers, no laundry detergent etc. Not that it's required but most hosts provide a small supply of that stuff. Also very little in the form of cooking supplies. I think they had two cutting knives out of all the drawers and no cutting boards. Lastly this is the only house on the street that does nothing with outdoor landscaping. Even the area around the outdoor grill was over grown to the point where using it meant stepping in to tall weeds. Overall the property served it's purpose, just be aware when it comes to amenities it's basic.
