The property is in an excellent location close to everything you may need. Close to the beach which is most important. All of the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The street we were located on is quiet except for the rear of the house connects to the Rundown bar/restaurant. It was not noisy except for two nights at 1:30 AM when the dumpsters are emptied. If you are a light sleeper this will be a problem for you. The only other critique I would issue is there should be some sort of bathmat or extra towels in the bathrooms. The tile floors are very slippery. Also there are no chairs by the pool area except for the loungers which are very low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of. A few chairs outback for the adults to watch the children in the pool would be really helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and have great memories. Thank you
