Half a mile from the beach, and some days you won't make it that far. Sound Decision's landscaped backyard is on a third-acre lot: a private pool (open April 4 through November 1; optional heat, $500 plus tax), a hot tub seating six, a fire pit, cornhole — and the showpiece, a fully equipped outdoor wet bar with its own TV, so game day happens poolside with the grill going. When the group finally comes inside, the ground-level rec room keeps it rolling with two arcade consoles, a Smart TV, and Dolby Atmos surround sound.

Freshly Remodeled, Seriously Equipped

Recently remodeled top to bottom, the house spans more than 3,200 square feet across three levels.
