This home is located in a nice gated community. The landscaping helps with privacy in the backyard. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space for us (4 adults & 3 kids ages 5, 6 and 9). Communication before, during, and after was great. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

We were very pleased with the house and location so close to Disney. Family and friends joined us for part of the time and there was adequate space for everyone. We did experience a glitch with the pool heater. The property manager, Dave, responded promptly and it was fixed quickly. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, credit to the Villa owners for making it such a wonderful place in which we spent our vacation. The villa was well equipped for all aspects of our stay. It was furnished with a thought to families and it definitely had that homely feeling. The Villa was extremely clean throughout, great attention to detail. Thank you to Dave at Stoneman Vacation Villas for his support and quick responses before and during our stay.

Great location. 20 to 30min to the Disney parks. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of space for a family of 4. Floors need updating, otherwise a great place to stay.

The home was located in a nice, quiet gated community in the Kissimmee area close to many attractions and shopping. Overall the house has "good bones" and with a little updating and TLC would be a great location to enjoy a Florida vacation. The interactions we had with the management company regarding an issue with the A/C not working properly and the need of a freon recharge which was resolved within 8 hours on a Sunday, which did not affect our daily activities, as we were out of the house for the day. Their response was timely. We also had one of the smoke detectors needing a battery replacement during our stay, which was addressed promptly. The house is in need of complete carpet replacement, as it is worn and stained. The flooring would be better replaced with LVP flooring which would be better suited for the Florida climate and ease of cleaning. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the house was great for our group of adults (age range 55-87). We enjoyed the pool and spa, and would recommend the pool heat in all but the hottest months. I would recommend the property for location, layout and amenities, and with the needed updates, it would be a destination that anyone would thoroughly enjoy!

We had a change in our plans and we were able to book this house at the last minute. It was exactly what we were looking for. The house had plenty of space and 2 large master bedrooms was a bonus.

The house was very clean and the pool and spa were really nice. Saw some deer in the back which was cool and spent nights outside relaxing by the pool. Rooms were clean and the whole house was an overall great stay. Would definitely stay again

DREAMS do come true in the most magical place on earth and this beautiful house in a terrific gated complex certainly contributed to that! Our daughter and family joined us and we had a fabulous week! The house was the icing on the cake! From booking to end Jane, the Property Manager was top notch with her customer service! Besides the house needing some updates to bring it back up to the evident pride of the owners we would recommend it all!

House was a great size for our family of seven! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores, restaurants and Disney. Loved the pool and game room! Great communication with owner, she is even mailing back to us a hat we left!

Enjoyed our stay there and pictures were very accurate. We had 7 adults and enough bathrooms, bedrooms and room to move around as we were not on top of each other. Close enough to the Disney parks and Walmart . I was always in the lanai eating my breakfast and enjoying the day. The place was clean, and roomy and very spacious. We would rent from you again.

Overall great. I live in Charlotte, NC and we have our air conditioning set at 70, not 75. I really understand the given reasons for that on your end. You need another unit upstairs to keep it at a comfortable temp.

Been booking houses for years , this one is a keeper! Booked it for a month next year. Privacy was a plus for us while using the pool. Great layout in this large home! Great communication with Jane recommend it for sure.

The house is nicely located near Walmart, Wawa, and tons of restaurants, including Medieval Times. Easy drive to Disney and Universal parks. Jane was great with responding to any questions I had. The house was nicely laid out, although I never went up to the top floor since it was just me renting the house. The patio/ pool area was spacious and probably could accommodate 6-8 people easily. Lastly, the home is located in a gated community so it was a safe place to stay.

Very well maintained. Jane was easy to deal with and very friendly. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was clean and hot tub amazing. The only thing you need to know that wasn’t in listing is the extra charges if you want to rent a grill and one to heat the hot tub and pool but none of which we needed in July!

We had a wonderful time. Paying the extra to heat the pool was a great decision. We really enjoyed coming home after the parks to relax. We were further away than we usually like, but it was a nice house and we would definitely return!

This home is gorgeous, the layout is great! It's about 20-25 minutes from the Disney parks, but it's worth it. The pool was very warm, the backyard is as private as you could ask for. I enjoyed just sitting outside at night time listening to the wildlife. Lots to do for the kids, fun area upstairs and a game room in the garage, pool, plus the walkout from the lower master bedroom to the pool.... we didn't get to enjoy all of it because we were at the parks mostly, but the home was great.

Out of all travels I'd have to rate this really low for our combinations. Emeliness was not a cleaning teams made priority upon arrival the house looked okay as we took a tour to familiarize herself with the home get to vacuum the master bedroom as there was orange crumbs is a fabric all over the floor. Master bathroom has dark hair on the floor and in the vanity. Garbage cans don't look like they've ever been washed out or sanitized just to name a few.
