No smoking.. This traditional stone built, Grade ll listed mid-terraced villa is just a stone’s throw away from the beach and promenade and a few minutes’ walk from Kirkcaldy town centre. This is a deceptively spacious house located along the famous Fife Coastal Path and surrounded by history. A great base for exploring this part of Scotland. Decorated throughout in 2021 with comfortable furnishings, this property offers a home from home feel. A hidden wee gem with its large lounge, separate dining room, downstairs shower room and galley style welll-equipped kitchen. It has a bright hallway leading to the three bedrooms upstairs and family bathroom. Wake up to a view of the sea from the two front bedrooms. Enjoy the 100ft long garden which is mainly all raised beds. There is a patio area for relaxing in the summer, towards the bottom of the property, and a small lawned area at the top of the garden where you can catch the sun in the evening.



    Kirkcaldy is a town and former royal burgh in Fife, on the east coast of Scotland. It is about 11½ miles north of Edinburgh and 27½ miles south west of Dundee. Some of the most beautiful coastlines can be found in this area, along with distilleries, culture and golf. Visit Ravenscraig Park and Castle along with the charming villages along East Neuk.

Whilst we did like the house - it was spacious & had all you need for a nice stay, and the owner left some very nice welcoming bits.Unfortunately not so the location - we feel as though the photos are quite misleading as to the street - we had the impression that the street would be made up of similar houses but there was literally two houses and then shuttered up pub & various other not to nice buildings....For this reason sadly we would not return to this holiday home 😥

Victoria's Haven

This is a really lovely spotlessly clean house where the owners have thought of absolutely everything. There are lots of places to visit, all within a reasonable drive away, and lots of lovely places to walk straight from the door. The local beach and parks are fantastic. The garden is great for the dogs. If I had to give a negative,it would be that the property is in a really disadvantage area of town, which is not apparent from any of the photos or descriptions . I don't think this took anything away from our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.
