"Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap! The location is superb--close to Food Lion, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would love to stay here again--it was just perfect!"

"Overall we liked the accommodations and our stay overall. My only grievance is that we were not advised in the listing that the pool would be closed. Listing mentioned that the gas fireplace would not be available but made no mention of the pool. That’s a key amenity to leave out of the listing. Weather was great and we would have used it. "Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property."

Technically you can see the ocean but the view is 95% the campground next door.
