"Wonderful rustic summer cottage in the woods! One of the few really private wooded areas on PI and easy walking distance to town beaches. Reminds me of how the island used be decades ago -- nothing fancy but nicely appointed. A great collection of old books and travel guides. "

"Excellent location! Beautiful kitchen, new appliances. Very comfortable. Lots of stairs, which were a problem for my elderly mother. I would rent again."

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!"

"Amenities were superb and very clean! We were only able to use the outdoor hot tub and fire pit on our first night in this lovely wooded setting because of the pouring rain the following day. However because of the beautiful steam shower, the relaxing massage chair, and comfy bed, we were able to still enjoy a full spa experience despite the weather! Highly recommended! "

"Stayed during a wedding at crane estate. Location was great as we enjoyed the center of town just down the street and crane estate was just 15 min away. House was roomy and comfortable for 5 adults. "
