100% relaxation

Our 2nd stay we hope of many, the house just lends to complete relaxation as Peggy & Andy have the house in hotel condition with a lovely welcome pack.

FABULOUS.

This cottage is really lovely, clean, comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need. Good location and within easy reach of some glorious beaches. Peggy was lovely, very helpful and was there to great us on arrival.

Beautiful cottage

As always Peggy & Andy are great hosts and can’t do enough to ensure that you have a fabulous stay.The only comment I would make is that the patio furniture is past its best now and could do with being replaced.

We had such a wonderful holiday at Bramleys. The cottage is perfectly located with Hope Cove and Salcombe within easy reach and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed it enormously and will be back soon! Thank you Peggy and Andy for a memorable stay.

Lovely cottage exactly as described

Brilliant week away

A lovely cottage, perfect for a week away with our young family. The cottage is well located and well equipped, with small touches like cutlery for the little ones. It’s perfectly located for access to Kingsbridge and Salcombe and for great beaches such as South Milton and Hope Cove. We’ll definitely look to book again when we’re next in the area.

Wedding accommodation

The property was beautifully built and designed with ample space for 4 people. Everything was perfect, fresh flowers on arrival, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. It was also conveniently situated to the wedding venue we were attending, The Barn in South Milton so overall a great Choi and experience.

Weekend Break

We had a wonderful short break as we were attending a friends wedding close by. This is a beautiful cottage, in a brilliant location, with all that you would need for a stay away from home. A big thank you to Peggy for making us feel so welcome and the amazing touches throughout the cottage. We will definitely be back.

Cosy Christmas Getaway

South Milton

Our 3rd stay with Peggy at Brambles, we booked extra nights as it is such a gaven. The accommodation is better than described , very comfortable and for a family it’s a five star hotel but the freedom of self catering. Lots of lovely walks nearby and close to Thurieston beach and hope cove so plenty of walks , great food and accessible beaches nearby. Peggy is so welcoming and nothing is to big an ask ! Looking forward to our next stay !

Beautiful Cottage

We have had a lovely few days in Devon. Bramleys is a wonderful cottage and has everything you could need. It is spotless, has very comfortable beds and a lovely log burner. Peggy and Andy provided super directions and we had a lovely warm welcome from Peggy, along with fresh scones and flowers. The cottage is in a lovely quiet village and is very close to beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again one day.

Enjoyable stay

The property definitely has the wow factor on entering and doesn’t disappoint. Very clean and welcoming especially the complimentary cream tea which was delicious! Bed very comfortable, shower nice and hot and the option for a real fire made this a very cosy and relaxing despite the cold outside. We will definitely be returning one day. Thank you Peggy and Andy

Outstanding

Had an excellent week at Bramleys. The property is in immaculate condition, with plenty of space inside and outside to relax. We particularly liked the outdoor space, where we could sit and enjoy the sun at any time of day. South Milton is a picturesque village, and we enjoyed having the views of the surrounding hills, with easy access to the coast, too. There are lots of beautiful places to visit in South Hams, and all of them within easy reach. We'd be happy to return.

South Milton sizzling in the sun

The property was completely as described by the owners. Excellent accommodation and facilities in an ideal position to visit this area of South Devon. It only takes 40 minutes via a footpath almost next to the cottage to reach the sea and Salcombe is an easy 10 minutes by car. We were blessed by excellent weather all week and were able to take advantage of the garden and BBQ. Thank you Peggy and Andy for your hospitality. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
