"Great communication from booking site regarding access to building, the room was on the very top floor with unfortunately no lift which if you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you. The room is accessed by your personal access code which is displayed on the digital door handle, the room is fresh and very modern and surprisingly very quiet for its location. "Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above...

"I cannot fault the way the apartment is 'kitted out'. There was everything you needed even down to disposable slippers. Nice to have heaters for a very cold night and morning. The shower is great with an overhead rain shower. The owners always responded immediately to any questions I sent which is good. My only tiny criticism is that there was an overwhelming smell of very pungent air fresheners but obviously, most people wouldn't find that a problem. I would definitely recommend this...
