This was a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was hot and served by James. He is very kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. I would stay again and again!! Owner goes above and beyond and out of his way to show hospitality. Amazing man!!

What a wonderful experience. Jim was such a gracious host, full of charm, great local information, fun conversation and he's a great cook. Book a room if it's available, you won't be disappointed.

This was the best stay we could have asked for. Jim and his daughter were extremely attentive, nice and friendly. They made our stay feel like a home and even gave us recommendations in Killarney to visit (which we did). 10/10 would recommend!!!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Gorman's! Jim was an exceptional host and ensured we were well-informed and well-fed before exploring Killarney, The Ring of Kerry, and Dingle Peninsula. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with that personal touch you hope for in a B&B! We also enjoyed our conversations with Jim and his lovely daughter! I'm so happy we chose to stay at Gorman's B&B as part of our journey around Ireland! I would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Gormans B&B. Jim and his family were just lovely. We felt very much at home with their warm welcome plus how genuinely friendly and helpful they were. Our breakfasts were delicious. I can highly recommend the salmon and scrambled eggs. We just loved the whole experience.

We stayed with Jim at Gorman’s B&B for two nights, and couldn’t recommend it higher. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the location excellent - just outside of town but close enough. Jim’s knowledge of the area is outstanding, and he gave us a number of tips and suggested routes which we followed and it absolutely made our trip! The breakfast was outstanding too, with Jim really treating us like one of the family! Thank you so much for having us - we’ll be returning on our next trip to Ireland!

We felt completely at home from the very first minute. Jim is fantastic host with a great sense of humour, and his local knowledge is second to none. He gave us a thorough overview of all the must-see sights – including honest advice on which tourist traps to skip! ​Breakfast was exceptional: five hot options made to order (such as a full Irish, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, porridge, etc.), paired with a lovely buffet featuring fresh fruit, yoghurt and cheese. ​The rooms were spotlessly clean, serviced daily, and the fresh flowers in the room were such a thoughtful touch. All in all, a brilliant stay with an exceptional host. We couldn’t recommend it more!

You will not find a more hospitable host than Jim. He clearly wants guests to feel welcome and is interested in helping them to find what they’re seeking— whether it be the best sites on the Ring of Kerry or the local laundromat! The room was clean, instructions for entry and breakfast choices were clear. We felt as if we were in capable, trustworthy hands here during a first visit to Killarney.

we had a problem with our trip due to a cancelled flight and the folks were so nice and accommodating. quick with a joke, clean and homey, would highly recommend staying here.
