Conveniently located between the beach road and the bypass road at Milepost 8.5 in central Kill Devil Hills, this bright and inviting 3 Bedroom Home is so comfortable, the entire family will enjoy. We are just a 5 to 8 minute walk to the Clark Street Beach Access so you can be dipping your toes in the sands and waters of the Atlantic in no time. If you prefer, we provide three beach cruiser bicycles to get to the beach even quicker! As you arrive to "Seas The Day", you'll notice a 6 person Hot Tub, bathroom, shower & Laundry Room with full washer/dryer, along with a beach caddy, beach chairs, along with other beach accessories needed to Seas The Day. You can also lounge the day away downstairs with a large hammock, picnic table and swing bench. Upstairs is the entry with large balcony, with 4 adirondack chairs & table, and another stairway to our crows nest, with seating for 4, for more outdoor relaxing with a sea breeze. As you enter the home, you'll be on island time with an inviting, open, bright & colorful Living Room with comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. You can dine up to 7 people with the table and breakfast bar seating. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player & ROKU sticks with high speed WIFI for your streaming needs. The master has its own bathroom with a queen sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has its own deck with table/chairs and also has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed. We also provide linen service for all bedrooms along with 2 towels and 2 washcloths per bedroom. The main bathroom with tub/shower is located in the hallway. A short walk across the bypass (there's even a stop light with pedestrian walk for safety) there is shopping and dining to explore.
