This property is amazing! Centrally located, near the ocean and beautiful maintained. My family and I enjoyed the entire house but the pool and balconies were our favorite. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset everyday. I definitively recommend this property. One small issue was that we have to purchase a large pot to cook seafood broil for 8 adults, kitchen did not have a large pot.Kitchen otherwise is well stocked and plenty or room for more than one cook in the kitsch...Next time I will bring my largest pot for this dish. Otherwise it was a great family vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Great Value

Very nice rental that felt brand new. Liked the high ceilings on main floor, the 4 decks with good views, massive kitchen, and the lower floor game room. House has a great location with walking distance to beech and the Wright memorial. VRBO was very responsive to email with any issues/inquiries.

Beautiful house, wonderful vacation

We had a fantastic vacation and this home was perfect for our 2 families. The house is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The set up is perfect. The reason for 4 stars is that in the pictures it appears the beach entry is across the street, but it is actually a walk down the street which was a little inconvenient with small children. But we were able to drive the kids and chairs etc, then drop the car and walk back. It was a minor inconvenience. Thank you for an amazing week!

Great House!

The house is bigger than it appears in the photos. It’s modern & tastefully furnished. There was plenty of space for our group: 3 families of 3, each with babies under 2. The beach is a short 7 min walk or 2 min drive away. We had no problem finding parking at the beach access everyday. The only complaint is the house wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked. Floor could use a sweep at least, and a deep clean would be even better. The bathrooms need another towel rack & a hook behind the door. Otherwise, great house & great stay!

Perfect location and beautiful home

We really loved our this newly done home. The outside speakers were awesome as well as the lap pool. All the updates made it comfortable to live in for the week. The location was great and would love to come back again.

Great house, convenient location

The house is new, it's quite large. Overall very good for the money. The beach access is close, but you do have to walk on the road a bit to get there or drive. The hot tub was great, the game room was great for the kids. Functionally, you couldn't ask for more. I would stay again.

Great Place

Everyone loved the game room, especially PacMan.. The hot tub was also a favorite. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms was also helpful. Nice ocean view. The walk to public access made you hot. The big diningroom table and plenty of dishware, silver ware and cooking vessels was a plus also.. Gret kitchen

Terrific Southern fried family beach vacay!!

Thank you for a fabulous stay! Our family wanted a beach getaway and had never been to OBX- and this beach house was just perfect for a gathering of 8 - 4 adults and 4 teens together! Great location near the public beach access! House is still newer and well furnished. Kitchen has all the necessities to cook family meals (which due to staffing shortages at restaurants is now a MUST). Just hit up Grandy’s farmers market and the Publix and get your Paula Deen on in that kitchen!! Loved the separate levels & even a workspace for when I had to get some office work in. Great porches and yard with mini pool for relaxing. I’m already missing the sea foam latte from Morningview coffee house! Thank you Shoreline rentals! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house in a great location.

There are plenty of restaurants and things to do for families near by. The beach is a short 2 block walk. There are three levels with a lot of stairs, for those that have issues with stairs, you may want to reconsider it. We loved all the patios and the large hot tub. The game room was great for kids with an arcade game, pool table, Foos ball and ping pong!

Overall nice place!

The house looks even better than the pictures online. New, updated, convenient location to stores, food, etc. Short walk or drive from beach public access. Loved the huge hot tub/mini pool, hammock, game room, pool table, decks with nice views, and open living room and dining area. The only negatives: mattresses are kind of hard, towels provided are poor quality & one of the TVs didn’t work.

Lovely family stay at OBX

The house is beautiful - everything is brand new and very clean. Very spacious, modern, and comfortable. Especially liked the outdoor patios and decks. The outdoor hot tub is huge and was lots of fun to spend time in on evenings. The only part of the house that wasn't perfect is that you have to walk a ways (or drive) to get to the public beach access, since the houses in front of this house control the beach access immediately in front. However, the public beach access did have ample parking if you wanted to drive your stuff over. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
