This is a great location with easy access to the beaches. Very nice house and clean. The game room on the top floor was really fun for our family and they really enjoyed the pool table and the shuffleboard. We were there off-season so did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind. If you are doing any cooking is the kitchen was very poorly stocked. There is no air fryer or crockpot. Very few baking dishes, cookie sheets, etc. There was a lack of eating utensils and actually we had to go out and buy plastic forks to make it through. The fry pans were in terrible shape so we had someone coming to our party a day later to bring things from home to offset these deficits since we had a lot of people to cook for I did share all this with the property management and they plan to fix it, but you may want to check before going other than the kitchen. It was a great property and we would rent it again. As far as ocean views, you can see the ocean between houses on the main floor with the living room and kitchen and in the top floor, where the game room is.
