"The room was clean but it wasn't prepare for our arrival. The check-in proccess was a mess, the reservation was not registered and there was no one to help. We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage."

"Es un hotel grande, por lo que percibí es tradicional. El servicio del personal es muy amable. "We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations. Lynda made everything so comfortable, and added on the special touches of fresh baked bread and fresh baked scones. We got to stay on the beautiful property where we saw cows, and the access to the sites that we wanted to see was so easily drivable. "The property was clean and tidy. The beds had clean sheets and there were enough towels for everyone in our group. The washrooms were stocked with toilet paper. We had some difficulty operating the shower in the master bedroom (could just be that we were from another country and we have different types of showers). The other shower worked just fine.
