Amazing as always! You won't find a better host than Roxanne. Her condo is adorable and has become our go to when visiting Maui. The cute decor, amazing location, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals if that is your desire, ocean view on the lanai and beautiful grounds with amazing pool make this a little slice of paradise. We will definitely book this condo next year. Thank you Roxanne for going above and beyond. Mahalo!

Lovely condo and great location.

Condo is well equipped with everything you need, I appreciate the higher quality dishes, etc. Bed was comfy perhaps pillows could use an upgrade tho maybe that is just personal preference. The only thing I did not like was the fixed privacy curtain along the lanai as it obstructed the views of the ocean when sitting down. I have stayed at this complex many times in various units the location is perfect close to lots of restaurants etc and right across from a fabulous beach. I would recommend staying here!

Perfect as always

This was the second year in a row we stayed in this lovely condo at Kihei Kai Nani. We were thrilled it was available. The grounds and amenities are top notch. The location is unbeatable. It feels like our second home.

Great condo Outstanding view

This condo was everything we expected and so much more. The daily view of the sunset while sitting comfortably on the lanai was amazing. The communication with the owner was excellent. The owners provided great information to us before we arrived. The condo is in a very wonderful neighborhood for restaurants, coffee and a famous cinnamon roll business. The beach is only steps away from the condo. This condo makes you never want to leave. Not to mention the friendly breeze blowing thur the condo when you open the windows.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

This property was exactly as described--great location across the street from the beach, spacious, well-equipped and very responsive and informative owner. There were clear instructions about everything related to the condo, convenient keyless entry and the property is well-maintained and fairly quiet. If I had to find something to improve upon, I would suggest that the towels be more thoroughly cleaned (several smelled of mildew) and maintained (perhaps circulate out the ones with lots of bleach marks). Would stay here again in the future.

This is a great condo! It's very well furnished. The kitchen is fully supplied, though we did no cooking. There are a lot of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to Hawaiian Moons for wonderful organic pineapples, papayas, and mangos. Kamaole Beach Park II is steps away across the street.

Loved everything!

This place was literally the best option and I couldn’t be happier that we went with it. This place was so clean and everything was labeled with instructions which made everything so easy. It had everything in it and more :) The fact that there was a a laundry machine just topped it off! Walking to the water took like 30 seconds. And the sunsets were so beautiful every night! Thank you for your hospitality! Will definitely tell others to stay here :)

Maui stay

Rental is as pictured. Read the house manual and be sure to follow all instructions. Located near the beach. If sleeping in the living room you can hear some outside noise especially in the am. Otherwise a fine rental.

Perfect place to stay close to beach in Kihei.

We have stayed at 3 other units at the Kihei Kai Nani, this one is the best. This unit is near perfect. First of all, it’s a great location in building 1, closest to the beach. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach. It I also close walking distance from very good restaurants, shopping and a convenance store. It has great view from the lanai of the ocean and sunsets. The unit is full of everything you will need including the beach stuff, all near new in great condition. The kitchen also has everything you would need. It has great air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. It is very handy to have a washer and dryer when you are going to the beach every day. All in all, it is a great unit, we highly recommend it, and we are planning on staying here again. Mike and Susan

Great Kihei stay with many 4.5* restaurants within a short walk

You have a view of the ocean from the sofa (if you lean over)! The recently remodeled kitchen has all needed pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils. This property is less than a minute to the beach via the handy crosswalk!! The TV is huge and includes HBO. Roxanne replied quickly to our only message. The WiFi password is correct in the physical manual at the condo (not in the email). As for the roosters, as Roxanne commented, if you have the windows closed and the blinds shut, they can barely be heard, and we did not run AC to create background noise. I am a light sleeper, and they didn't bother me with the windows shut. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room are whisper quiet at the low speed. When it was 80° outside, the fan at mid-speed was enough to make it feel cool. After sunset, you can open up the windows to cool it off. Since it is a corner unit, there are windows on 3 sides and we left windows open in the living room at night to cool it off for the morning (safe since it's a 2nd floor unit). We didn't hear our neighbors if the windows were closed. AC in 2 rooms. This condo has many very good (not fancy) restaurants within an 8 minute walk. We recommend: * Coconut's Cafe: best fish tacos I have had * Penny's Pizza: wood-fired pizza with great crust, they do half-and-half pizzas...but a little too much cheese for us * Maui Bread: chocolate croissant + ham egg cheese sandwich. Yum! Ran out of time for "That's a Wrap". 3 general stores walking distance.

Perfect little beach apartment

Quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained, well stocked with needed supplies. Perfect location across the street from the beach, short walk to restaurants and night life. I would definitely stay here every time I come to Maui.

So close to beach. Property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Roxanne was really responsive and answered all questions right away. Our flight home got cancelled and she helped us figure things out. So Much appreciated.

Decent Place

This property was pretty decent. Not the worst place I've stayed, but not the best either. The walls are pretty thin so the wild roosters will wake you up pretty early.
