An excellent location, the property grounds were beautiful. Our suite was dated and needed a bit of work, but overall…an awesome place to stay.

Ideal for family reunion

My husband and I travelled with our two adult children and their spouses, renting three condos here. Lots of chances to be together at the lovely beach and pool, and enjoyed grilling and eating in the picnic area. Nce to have the convenience and privacy if individual condos. A great stay!

Kihei

The location of the property is incredible right on the beach. All the upstairs units have a view of the ocean. The unit we stayed in definitely needs some updating compared to the other units, overall it’s a good value.

Paradise

Love the property! Our unit was a bit tired with a very minimal kitchen, but our family had a 2 BR downstairs so we were able to use that kitchen..would love to return!

Fantastic beachfront Maui stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend staying at Waiohuli Beach Hale! Clean unit, fully stocked kitchen to make meals at the rental, the pool/grill area was perfect after a day of exploring. Centrally located to all the “must-do” activities, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful Ocean Views from Balcony

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient location to stay at. Great pool complex and near private beach too. Unit D214 older and dated. Found many tiny bugs too that bit and left small red welts. These bugs not cool, but so many other positives that I can actually overlook bugs :) I hope that they were a type of tropical ant, and not baby bed bugs...

11 Days in paradise

The property and grounds are so beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is a very generous size and the ocean/beachfront is a two minute walk from your door - the property has it's own beachfront with lovely sand. The unit itself was adequate - it could use some updating - particularly the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with needed cutlery, dishes, etc. The living room and bedroom are quite comfortable, and the view of the ocean and grounds is wonderful. We would stay in this Unit again, but would like to see a few things fixed up.

Water heater and pest issues

Unit location is good and looked clean on entry. The unit has pest issues and water heater cannot serve family of 4 with each taking 5 mins shower. Dont count in sofa-bed, on request they gave us air bed which was good. Rest of the things are fine. Well furnished kitchen with towels and sheets.

Nice but dated

The complex is a nice little set of condos on the beach. This particular unit is clean but dated. The kitchen was poorly laid out and a challenge to work in. The art is very dated. A couple of lights barely worked. And the biggest bummer: the pool is colder than the ocean, so nobody (except a dedicated lap swimmer) spent much time in it. Nonetheless, we had a nice time in Maui.

Old and Dated.

Curtains are old ,dirty and have holes in them . Bathroom cabinets are peeling, no counter space. We looked at some other units in the complex and the ones we saw were quite updated for the same amount of money.

Great location and comfortable unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waiohuli Beach Hale is very close to everything you will need for your stay with easy access to the main highways. Unit D-214 is on the second floor with no elevator, but it's right next to the parking lot so you shouldn't have problems getting in and out. Just be ready to carry what you need up one flight of stairs. Everything was comfortable in the room. The two portable AC's did great. Highly recommend staying here if you can work with a second floor unit.
