It was a pleasant, home away from home. We had everything we needed to make it an excellent stay. We wish the weather was better, but we would stay here again. ( One slight critique, the garbage/recycle area was fairly nasty with a 2 inch puddle that didn't drain after the rain. ) All in all, thank you for your hospitality.

This was a perfect spot to spend the week with our 2 adult children. Was surprised the view from the deck was so nice and included a view of the water. We decided driving down saved us walking back up from the main pool was no problem as we could get parking then just went thru gate. The unit was very comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen which we used to cook one meal in. This spot is so nice and highly recommend to everyone.

It was our first family vacation and we celebrated our anniversary and a birthday as well. We had an amazing experience. The condo was exceptional with plenty of amenities (beach chairs, bogey boards, umbrellas). The unit was clean with plenty of space for a family of 4 and the views were incredible. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The condo was better than expected. Very clean, great layout, easy check-in and check-out. The view from the balcony was beautiful and you can even see the ocean. The walk to the main pool took us about five minutes. The way back is uphill but it wasn't too steep so we didn't mind. It's also super easy to load up the car and park in the lot by the pool. We love Ekahi and would definitely stay here again!

Although it said it had been remodeled, the kitchen cabinets date from when the condo was built. Sad to put a lovely new granite countertop on tired old cabinets that don’t close properly & have sticky soil on the doors. The passage doors to the bedrooms, too, are the original doors & distract from the upgrades that were done to the unit. We wouldn’t be in a hurry to rebook this unit.

Another great visit

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this lovely condo in Wailea Ekahi. We love its convenient location, pool and grills right outside our door, nice view from the lanai, cleanliness and well-stocked kitchen. Walkable to the beach boardwalk, Shoppes of Wailea and hotels along the beach. Highly recommend!

43d at the top of the hill

Love the grounds of Ekahi Village, beautifully maintained. 43d has lots of space, is nicely air conditioned, has been updated tastefully.It could use an updating in the small amenity area - blender, glassware, dishwasher but overall it’s a lovely unit.

Condo looks good, great sunset view in the patio, clean, a little far to take the paddle boards down the beach. Our stay would’ve been perfect, if we didn’t have issue with the wifi for 2 days and when we had it, it was going in and out everyday. Dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes properly and the spare room bathroom keeps running.

Condo needs some updating

Really enjoyed the location and the overall resort. The condo second bathroom had toilet leak, Rinky dink air conditioning system in the master. All carpet should be removed and replaced with hard surfaces to allow bare feet. Air conditioning system in living room not adequate as wall and windows face south collecting all the heat. Storage area had bins with junk in them, nothing useable. Need boogie boards, fins, masks, etc Nightly rate high given limited beach stuff provided. Overall enjoyed the unit due to being in nice condo development. Master bathroom had a bad smell, so left fan on all the time.

Graduation Trip

Wonderful unit - easy walk to beach. well supplied with beach chairs and cooler. Lovely grounds, could use a few more wine glasses and food storage containers. We had a very comfortable stay with dinners on patio almost every night. Thank you

Ocean views and beautiful grounds

The grounds on the property were amazing, tropical oasis’s and beautifully maintained! A short walk to the beach. There is a small pool right next to the villa and an ocean front pool with a large pavilion with full kitchen. Plenty of loungers/table and chairs for everyone. Would be great for a large family gathering! Amazing sunset right from the beach! Property company was great, quick to respond and very accommodating. We went all over the island and south Maui was by far my favorite place.

Comfortable and convenient

Lovely home. The bedrooms were very quiet and everything in the home was comfortable. We had small children and they took naps comfortably while we were in the living room, kitchen and deck areas. The community pool and beach area were beautiful.

Great location and amenities

Initially it was a little difficult to find out building, but once we found it, we were very happy. About our group: 2 parents and a toddler in the room with the king bed. My 30 year old sister in the other room with the twin beds. Both rooms had well stocked bathrooms and private bathrooms. One thing is there are a lot of beach chairs and toys (including some umbrellas)...these were probably left behind by other residents, so check the storage shed before you rent anything. The closest pool is right outside this building! Which is great. The nearest beach however is a long walk Better off packing your stuff and driving. You're in the center of everything (beaches, restaurants in Kihei, resorts, shopping). Would consider returning to this unit if we get the opportunity to in the future!

Wonderful location, comfortable accommodations

We love Wailea Ekahi and 43D worked well for our family of 5. Our two TALL boys shared the second bedroom and our daughter slept in the comfortable pull out bed in the living room. I wasn’t expecting the nice view (perhaps I didn’t look at the photos closely enough). It was lovely. Building 43 is at the top of the Ekahi property and the walk wasn’t a problem for our big kids, but I see potential whining for little ones at the end of a long day. We took full advantage of the nice pavilion kitchen and had lunch by the pool every day. We would bring bags of food down and store items in the communal fridge for lunch prep. It was perfect. We were very comfortable in our unit but the a/c in the main room did leak one day. Our daughter stayed in for the day with the a/c on and I think it got overworked. The master bedroom a/c seemed like it struggled to keep up too but we were perfectly comfortable with the fan blowing and lanai door open overnight. Having easy access to the Wailea walking path and great nearby restaurants makes for a wonderful stay! We wish we never left!

Relaxing stay

We had a great time with our two young kids and grandparents. We love Ekahi Village due to its great location and beachside pool. The condo had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen cabinets are a bit outdated but overall the condo was great and the beds were super comfortable!

Wonderful week!

This remodeled, comfortable condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Lovely view to the ocean from the main lanai. Short walk or drive (we mostly drove, park in the lot, on the street or in the lower condo parking lot) to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels provided. Good snorkeling near the rocks to the left, and all around the island. Condo is close to the paved coastsl walk and the shops at Wailea mall. Kihei town, where we picked up most dinners and acai bowls for lunch, is a few minutes’ drive north. Loved having a pickleball court but uou have to go to town to rent paddles and balls (Maui-G sports).

We Loved the Ekahi

The condo is comfortable and well air conditioned. The pavilion is completely worth it - no hauling chairs down to the beach, a nice set of restrooms, and a kitchen to keep lunch close. Because 43D is so far from the pavilion we found it easiest to drive down to the public beach parking behind the pavilion and walk through the beach access gate to the pavilion there (there is a gate that connects to the parking lot). All in all a wonderful trip!

Beautiful Area

This condo was perfect for our family with 3 adult daughters. The sofa bed is very comfortable. The furniture was new and beautiful. The view of the ocean is awesome. The flowers everywhere were lovely. The walk to the ocean took about 10 min - wonderful!
