List of issues that need attention at condo1)Handles on refrigerator doors are loose and not easily tightened2)The flush valve on the toilet in the non-master bathroom is slowly weeping; probably need a new toilet as the valve mechanism is outdated and expensive.3)The coffee brewer/grinder has a water problem: when brewing coffee, water condenses in the grinder section and will make a mess of any beans being ground. This unit is not working properly4)The tile floor has scattered pits. These have filled with Maui mud and need a thorough clean out, not just a surface mop. Long term, these should be filled to avoid the accumulation5)The lattice cover boxes on the outdoor Mitsubishi mini-split compressors look like they block too much air flow. This will run up the air conditioning costs. Recommend removing half the slats.6)Dishwasher: was not run until leaving but does not seem to be working correctly7)Washer: the soap dispenser area stays full of water. Needs cleaning out?8)Lights in master bedroom closet do not work9)Lights over kitchen sink do not work
