Amazing ocean view and good property overall! The A/C does take a little while to work on the living room space but it gets nice and cold in the bedroom. We loved having direct access to the beach that really doesn’t get too many visitors.

Best View on The Property

We would not hesitate to stay at this property again. Beautiful ocean front view (seriously best in the complex). Pool is nice as well. Quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Grocery store and some decent restaurants are walkable. A very nice and reasonably priced unit tucked away out of the hustle and bustle. Turtles come up on the beach at night and it's a great area for paddle boarding.

easy going long weekend

We spent the previous 8 days in West Maui with 10 family members. On to Kihei for 3 days of R&R.Nice sandy beach. Good location.

5 year Anniversary trip

We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, we enjoyed the beach chairs, beach towels and all the beach supplies. Short walk to the beach to use the paddle boards. We also enjoyed watching the cat that roamed around the complex. The pool was great to swim laps and get a little workout in! The place was super clean and had all the amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot right on the beach

Good location close to shops and restaurants. Easy beach living in this simple condo that has all you need for a great time in Kihei! Very quiet and private location with easy parking and nice landscaped grounds. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Amazing Stay

We spent time in Maui and Kauai for the 2 weeks prior to our stay her and needed to relax a bit and this condo was perfect, right on ocean, perfect condo, very comfortable, best bed we slept in for 2 weeks and the beach was almost all ours. We only needed to communicate with host and Sarah replied right away, we met Jose, which took care of the place next door and works with Sarah and he was so nice to talk with while we were there, very knowledgeable about the island and was just such a nice guy, also Gary was very active in letting us know details right before we got there, such an Aloha spirit! The pool was super nice after a day in the sand. The beach was a haven for sea turtles they were everywhere and even had one beach itself the last night we were there. This place is top notch, right next to many places to shop and eat. And to top it all off we came home after 16 days with all clean clothes due to the washer and dryer. I have placed this in my favorites because when we come back to Maui, this is where we are going to book! Thank you for the best ending to an amazing adventure of the Hawaiian Islands!!

kihei stay

this was a great property, centrally located and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. it was spotless and manager was fantastic to work with. we arrived much earlier than anticipated and we were able to check in early so that was a plus! would definitely book again

Slice of heaven

This was the little slice of heaven my husband and I had been searching for. The view from the lanai was amazing! We watched whales and sunsets everyday. The condo was stocked with all of the things needed to cook as well as beach chairs and beach towels. The grounds were well maintained and abundant with beautiful flowers and plants. The property had easy beach access and came with extras such as paddle boards, bikes and bbq. We were also in walking distance to some of our favorite shops and places to eat. This was one of the best places we have stayed and will definitely be back!

Lovely view from balcony

Great place for a couple. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Comfortable bed, amazing shower and great washing machine and dryer. No dishwasher but the view and location makes up for that. Clean, and quiet place to relax.

great view!

Condo was great!! View from lanai was amazing. Spent a lot of time at sunset and sunrise either on the lanai or beach. Updated condo... very nice interior. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was a little light. We had a minor issue and thought the owners and management company were very responsive. The only thing I can think of is maybe add a toaster oven. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Piece of Paradise

This was the little piece of paradise my husband and I had been searching for. The view was spectacular, everything you would need to make meals was accessible and the condo had all the comforts. We loved the pool, beach access with extras you can use like paddle boards and bikes and bbq. We can't wait to visit again and this will be our destination.

Perfect Aloha stay!

Beautiful view and nice, modern, bright, and well-appointed condo! 2 ACs -both in living room and the bedroom which was very helpful. Thought of everything- down to sugar packets and coffee in the morning, olive oil spray for cooking, left welcome chocolates for us!, they had even little detergent sheets to wash your clothes! And wonderful beach towels and beach chairs which were perfect to take to Big Beach! The bed was very comfortable and quiet to sleep as the bedroom was in the back- furthest from the beach. The balcony view was amazing and much appreciated! as the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay- our scuba diving, luau, and whale watch tours were all canceled so we spent much more time than planned in the condo- a nice oasis! Walking distance to many restaurants, and a short 1 mile drive to a local shopping center. Ample parking and beautiful grounds and pool. Central to all activities and day trips throughout the island. If we visit again, I would definitely stay here if possible! Thank you for opening your condo to us!

Beautiful location literally steps from the beach

This review is based on our 7th time to Maui. Unit faces the water and a lovely patch of green grass where people come together to watch the sunset every night, or do yoga or just sit and overlook the beach. It is situated on a quiet beach in Kihei. The busier beach with a lot of people is a 2 minute drive. The swimming pool is warm and the people in the complex are all are respectful, quiet and friendly. The unit is nicely renovated and great for 2 people. The shower has an amazing, big shower head with a hose that you can adjust the pressure. The washer and dryer are easy to use in the unit located beside the washroom. The bed is comfortable and a choice of pillows helps. 2 gorgeous beach towels. The basic pots and pans, dishes etc. are good in the kitchen and NO DISHWASHER which was ok for the 2 of us. I grew up with no dishwasher for the first 35 years of my life. Chairs for the beach, and tons of other stuff to use were located in the closet. Overall a bright, clean unit that did disappoint and did not smell….unlike the other unit we rented in the same complex just a few doors down from the same owners.
