Great unit but unfortunately noisy

The villa was very nice, clean and functional, very close to really nice beach. Would be a perfect vacation spot if not for the noise. The property is located across the street from a park and there was music and loud party noises every single evening/night. That combined with pretty hard bed made it for quite tiresome stay. When making the booking I was reading the reviews for all the villas and I thought this one would not have a problem, but it's hard to imagine that there would be much difference, this park is just so noisy with the non-stop parties going on.

Great Maui Location

Great Vibe

I have stayed on Maui four times a year for decades. I have found over the years that my standards aren’t always the same as property owners standards, not that I am picky but honestly if you are going to rent your home as a vacation rental make it right. Well Guy gets it……. the property is wonderful the villas the grounds are amazing all of it perfect. Thank you Guy!!! I can’t say enough. I do not write reviews ever but felt that Guy deserves a That-A-Boy!!!!

Steps from the beach, convenient location!

The property itself was so charming. Super clean and modern and really convenient. The pool is so nice and our room amhad everything we needed. we thought Overall it was just so nice and a great value. It’s steps from the beach, but keep in mind that the properties surrounding this one arent necessarily as nice and as kept up as this one. A little further down the road you hit where it gets really posh and nice. However we were looking for somethig affordable because we didn’t plan on being in the room much! The communication with the host was excellent. We had an issue with loud people late at night at the park across the street and it was resolved very quick! Check in and out was a breeze as well.

Great spot by the water

It was a challenge to find a place as close as I wanted by the water. This place was perfect! Loved the background music always playing during the day. The pool was nice and the whole facility was the cleanest place I’ve stayed at this whole trip. Totally staying here again!

Honeymoon

Amazing property and amazing location. We spent 4 nights after staying at The Sheraton for a week and this was the perfect place to escape the crowds and it felt like a private Villa with how quiet it was. It was awesome to have our own Villa as they are all not attached to one another. The location was amazing as it was literally a few steps away from the beach where you can watch surfers all day. The property manager was also amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property .

Wonderful Stay

Villas by the Cove is a wonderful place to enjoy Kihei and Maui. Location is central to beaches and restaurants, all very walkable. The villa was well apportioned and a great home base. The outside large lanai and pool area was a great place to end the day or just sit by the pool. The property manager provided good detail and was easily accessible. We would highly recommend.

Quiet and relaxing villa

Beautiful and quiet villa, right beside the beach, great pool, appreciated free use of paddle boards, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Very accommodating and helpful and friendly. Would love to stay here again

We enjoyed the location the most. Steps to the beach, restaurants, shops. Everything exceeded our expectations. The only complaint is that the air conditioner didn’t cool off the house as much as we would have liked. We would definitely stay again.
