We had a little challenge at the beginning with the door code not working but otherwise, it was a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful to resolve the issue. Overall, the condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view balcony was lovely and the beach supplies were an added bonus that made trips to the beach more enjoyable. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place in a nice private condo community.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's condo in Kihei. The condo had all we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, were all in excellent condition--we really appreciated having those items available to use! The views from the lanai are stunning--we so enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. It is a short walk to the beach; the beach is lovely, great swimming and snorkeling. The two pools and hot tub at the condo complex were clean and relaxing. The parking space right outside the condo was so convenient. Wifi and TV's worked great, AC units worked well, and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels! David was so pleasant to work with--he always responded promptly to questions and was accommodating of our needs. Check in and out was a breeze! Thank you, David. We would love to return for another visit!

Great Property in a Great Location!

My wife and I just spent six wonderful nights at this outstanding property in the Kihei area of Maui. The unit was truly outstanding. We have every intention of returning to this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor unit which we found to be sparkling clean, fresh and extremely well stocked with plenty of soft, white towels and linens along with a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The check-in process was smooth and effortless and both the owner and condo management company were very accommodating, welcoming and very responsive. The owners truly take pride in ensuring their guests have an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing time. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and pretty much everything else a family or a couple like us would need to enjoy a day at the beach. The lanai is very large and affords tremendous water views and gorgeous sunsets. Keawakapu Beach is conveniently located within a two minute drive from the condo complex and we always found sufficient parking at the free, public parking lot across the street from the public access to the beach. We enjoyed both pools at the Maui Kamaole condo complex and found the pools, grounds and entire development to be meticulously maintained and well cared for. The assigned parking space for our rental unit was extremely convenient and literally almost at the bottom of the unit’s stairs. Whether you’re traveling with friends or family or there’s just the two of you, you’ll love everything about this unit!

Fantastic spot close to Kihei!

Great condo for our vacation! Feels quiet and removed but still walkable into south Kihei. Great location with a view towards West Maui. The condo also comes with everything you'd need for the beach - coolers, snorkels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella!

Maui paradise.

Exactly as promised. It had everything we needed and was a great place to call home for 10 days. Breakfast every morning over looking the west mountains from the lenai. Close to beaches, shopping and food. Had everything we needed. Definitely would come back.

Whales! What a view out the window!

Kihei is a great place to stay. We could see the whales out of our window! Beautiful view of the ocean. Close walk to town to shop and eat! Really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the pool and Jacuzzi.

Slice of Paradise

Beautiful property and location. The views are stunning. The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are good quality. Enjoying breakfast on the lanai while the sun rose was a dream.This was our second time staying at this community and both condos have been wonderful. We liked in particular how close this condo is to the prettier pool in the community (has a waterfall). We also loved being within walking distance to a great toddler beach, great restaurants, shops, the resort area, and massage businesses etc. We have also stayed in Wailuku and Kaanapali in the past, and we find this condo to be the most ideal location.We have a 2 year old and 5 year old, and they did great in this unit. The stairs are a little steep, however they are carpeted. We had a couple issues with the baby gate, but contacted the really kind property manager Tatiana (sp?) and she helped us within the hour. The condo did not have the as much of the personal amenities we are used to from personal home rentals, like condiments, spices, a welcome basket, sunscreen (left behind by other guests etc), however it did have beach equipment, toys, board games and bath soap/conditioner/lotion.Mahalo!!! We love Maui!!!

Awesome condo in Kihei

We had a great time staying at the condo for a family vacation. Our 3 and 5 year olds enjoyed easy walk to the beach in the morning and swimming in one of the two pools on site. Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a care free vacation from towels and beach umbrellas to all sorts of good quality kitchenware. Due to a great condo location facing Maalae Bay we didn’t even need to use AC, nice breeze from the ocean did a great job. Would definitely come and stay again!

Home away from home

This is our 4th stay at Maui Kamaole, we love the area, the property and the units, and especially the garden pool. This unit was the first time we stayed on the second floor. The view of the ocean was outstanding. Love that we could hear the waves. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay!

We Ioved the condo! Two bedrooms, two bathroom, it was 4 of us( two couples)- was perfect. Living room and kitchen was very nicely organised and we had everything we needed to cook and to have proper meals. View was gorgeous, second floor facing ocean. AC helped a lot, we were using it pretty often.

This unit has an amazing view of the ocean from the main Lani. Can’t stress that enough. The unit itself is as good as you are going to get in this price range. Sure, a few updates could be done, but there isn’t a thing wrong with it. It is comfortable and clean.

I give David (host) alone 5 stars and then an additional 5 stars for the stay. David was so informative, helpful and polite. The condo was so much better in person. It had everything we needed. After arriving and unpacking we felt like we were at home. The location is perfect on the island. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Kihei to stay here and have the best time of their life. Amazing propet and service

I've been going to Maui for 30 years and often reserve properties for my families and others accompanying us. There's a lot of pressure with that but in the case of this property it was an absolute pleasure to reserve and visit. Immediately after getting on our flight we learned that our connecting flight was cancelled. When I contacted the owner to inform him of our delayed arrival he was understanding, gracious, and genuinely concerned. That's all too unusual anymore. When we arrived the unit was exactly as advertised, something that isn't always the case. This is a great resort property in general in a great location a bit outside of the most congested part of Kihei as well but with excellent beach and road access. In short, when I make plans to return next year it's great to know that if I can reserve this unit again it'll be one less thing to worry about and they stay will be great.
